Every single person who has posted above is a full-on hypocrite.
I must say it was a pleasure not to have heard from you in a while. So, you are gifted to look into the psyche of people posting on a forum. I'm sure the military of many countries would want to study you in order to replicate your "gift".

It's reported one boy said he looks forward to eating fried chicken. That gives me hope that over time those boys will come out of this OK.

To provide a fig leaf to hide behind when Trump demands to know why our spending is still less than half what we committed to, and why he's postponed all major new capital spending on the military for a decade or more.
Maybe if we sold surplus tanks....wait...

Good one kactus.

I should add he will visit Canadian soldiers assigned to Latvia July 9-10 just ahead of the meeting. IMO the timing of the visit is to provide proof to NATO allies of Canada's military spending.

Enough is enough. The cumulative fiascos no longer make this a partisan issue. It's not about Liberal or Conservative - it's about the competency of this individual for the office of Prime Minister.
I hate to think how he'll screw up when he attends the NATO summit later this week. He's there July 11-12.

Ford is relaxed...open posture. Trudeau is annoyed...closed posture with that uneasy facial expression.
'Course now, Ford just one an election in a big way, while Trudeau is getting hammered in the polls and could lose next year.
Trudeau is annoyed because his pants are too tight. All the more to show off his socks. Either that or he's about to fart.

By his own standards, the ones he proclaims and champions, Trudeau should resign.
Lets revisit those standards, which he put forward on a CBC interview last January.
QuoteTrudeau says zero tolerance on misconduct toward women applies to him as well
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says women who come forward with complaints of sexual assault and harassment must be supported and believed.
And he's confident no one will be able to accuse him of the kinds of behaviour that have brought down several high-profile politicians this week.
"I've been very, very careful all my life to be thoughtful, to be respectful of people's space and people's headspace as well," he told CBC Radio's The House, in an interview airing Saturday.
When asked if any of his past actions could be misconstrued, Trudeau said he didn't think so.
...
Last week, Trudeau accepted Kent Hehr's resignation from cabinet pending an investigation into allegations of sexual harassment.
...
"These are not just compliments that were taken wrong, or comments that could have meant nothing. There are situations in the cases that we're discussing these days that fundamentally made women unsafe in the work environment, unsure about themselves and truly affected their lives," he said.
"There are no frivolous approaches that have been highlighted so far."
An independent investigation into Hehr's behaviour will be conducted.
Trudeau said if allegations surfaced against him the same standards would apply.

An investigation is imperative and the Prime Minister must step down pending its completion. Nothing else will do.

I believe you're being facetious, but I just thought I'd take the opportunity to point out that that is not the common reaction, nor is it desirable or useful.
How would you know that is not the common reaction. Do you have a poll you can link to?

Honestly, I would not want the next election to revolve around this allegation. I'd rather an election discussing policy and competence for a change.
This would be a bonus as there are a number of files where he and his team have bombed ie. pipelines, trade etc.

I think the federal Libs are starting to realize that immigration and refugee policy could become a massive headache for them going forward but I suspect they're too dug in to change course.
Trudeau's popularity numbers must also be thrown in the mix. If he continues to spout out without thinking he'll become a liability to the Party.

Today, France over Uruguay 2 nil. A win by England tomorrow ups my chances for the final.

Here we go. Trudeau belittling Ford in public after their first ever meeting since Ford's election as Premier of Ontario.
QuoteThe new Ontario premier met the prime minister on home territory at Queen’s Park Thursday afternoon in a meeting that was described as “super-heated” by people who were there.
Even as the two men met, Ford’s office issued a press release saying Ottawa is “100 per cent” to blame for a housing crisis caused by migrants crossing the border illegally and should pay all the costs. A spokesman for the premier said the federal government has encouraged people to cross the border and the resultant “mess” should be cleared up by Ottawa.
Trudeau will be equally enthusiastic about using Ford as a political foil. He took 20 minutes after the meeting to think about his response before emerging to portray himself as the defender of a national vision, while presenting the new premier as an idiot in search of his own village.
“It didn’t seem to me the premier was quite as aware of our obligations … as he might have been. I spent a bit of time explaining how our asylum-seeking system works,” he said, as if he were a tomcat spraying pheromones.
Trudeau the twit shows a lack of diplomacy basically calling the Premier of Ontario an idiot with regard to his knowledge of the migrant file. A great first step to addressing federal/provincial affairs.

If/ should that be the case I will definitely buy another pint on your behalf and drink to that.
In my defence let me say that I'm a soccer novice. There have been notable upsets ie Germany, so perhaps I have a chance.
I like beer. Win or lose, enjoy.

England will be defeated in the next game for sure. It is a weak team. They were able to qualify for top 8 out of pure luck but no way they will qualify for top 4 even with luck.
We shall see, won't we?

England did not deseved to be among 8 qualifying. Better teams like Spain, Portugal, Iran, Japan, Germany eliminated. They were in a weak group and they qualified as second in group then they had to play against a relatively weak Colombia and they won the latter as I said by pure luck. They did not deserve it.
Who said sporting events are fair. Some days you're on, some days you're off. My team won so all is good. Tomorrow is another day.
