  1. I should've added this to the first post from Tarek Fatah About time! Police in India (UP) crackdown on Islamic congregations in parks. Muslims told to pray in mosques or inside their offices, not on roads and parks. IMHO this usurping of the public space is mischievous; it’s showing one’s middle finger to Hindus
  2. Here go again, it's your opinion only that another's posts are 'poorly thought out', you are not the only one on here with an opinion or the right to say it. I suggest you stick to the issues rather than inferring or actually stating that you are the only one with a valid opinion.
  3. Trolls are in the eye of the beholder or something assigned to posts someone disagrees with. Not only disagrees with but apparently has an innate sense of superiority because not only does the poster disagree but thinks posters with whom he disagrees are 'retarded', among other issues he has. We all have a right to post here as long as we don't break the rules which include thinly veiled name calling. The issue is a huge problem in Europe, not in Canada yet because we don't have the demographics, you may think it's okay for masses of people to pray in the streets blocking traffic etc. and take over public spaces en masse, the gov'ts don't, and rightly so. This doesn't apply just to Muslims but it's primarily Muslims who are doing it. IMO no other religion is accommodated to the extent that Islam is, why is that, probably out of fear, for the same reason U.K. et al will not offer asylum to the young woman in Pakistan, something which our leaders should be ashamed of. Islam is a unique in part because of it's aggressive and violent doctrines, there is no other major religion that requires the death penalty for criticizing or mocking its founder and its teachings. Praying enmasse in a public place is part of a show of dominance, that they can assert their authority and do as they wish anytime. Some time ago in the U.K. there was a huge media outcry after Polish Catholics held a huge public prayer event which the BBC deemed 'controversial' yet they are not concerned when 140,000 Muslims pray in a Birmingham park because, you know, it could be deemed racist or whatever. It's the double standards and the continual bending to Islam's demands that cause tensions and problems, problems when one religion continually asserts itself with demands which are usually met. Pray to whatever you want to, but do it in private and that includes Toronto City Hall which hosted an Islamic religions ceremony but the S.C. did rule there's no place for prayer in public institutions... guess Islam in excluded.
  4. t’s time to stop discussing racism and Islamophobia and time to start discussing the rape of Britain’s children”
    https://www.jihadwatch.org/2018/12/its-time-to-stop-discussing-racism-and-islamophobia-and-time-to-start-discussing-the-rape-of-britains-children

  5. I remember that one..
  6. That is sad.... Meanwhile, in India they are doing something about mass prayers in public places, something that happens a lot in the U.K. and Europe as they often block streets to do this. Taking over public places and blocking streets to pray publicly is a form of intimidation and a message that Islam is dominant. https://www.thelocal.fr/20171119/france-to-prevent-muslim-street-prayers-in-paris-suburb/ Paris is thinking about it and praying on the street is banned in Tunisia. https://www.indiatoday.in/amp/india/story/no-namaz-in-parks-up-police-notice-to-noida-companies-muslim-employees-1416902-2018-12-25 he Uttar Pradesh Police has asked companies and offices in Noida's industrial hub to ensure that their employees don't offer namaz in open public spaces, including parks. According to a notice issued by the Sector 58 police station, companies located in the industrial area will be held responsible, if Muslim employees are found offering namaz in open public spaces. They have been asked to offer Friday prayers during work hours in mosques, idgahs or inside the premises of the company.
  7. In case there is any doubt about the ongoing Muslim rape gangs, this is from 2018 https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/grooming-gangs-rotherham-suspects-victims-girls-rape-uk-nca-prosecutions-a8609511.html
  8. The fact that these two girls were naive enough to believe they could travel safely in that area is testament to the liberal fantasy world that tells them there is nothing to be afraid of from these people, that they won't hurt you, it's just a myth.
  9. I wish I could agree but IMO he'll win the next election, possible with only a minority. Too many people still prefer hair, looks, socks and a vacuous drone to a competent PM.
  10. This is true, I have a number of relatives and friends across the U.K. who tell me the same thing, the media is covering up much of what is happening. One relative in London tells me she now has to travel much further to shop as the area she always shopped in is now large majority Muslim so there's little there of interest. Plus it's dangerous for a woman to be out alone in any majority Muslim area. Meanwhile, a Judge decides against mandatory minimum for human trafficking sentence because why - it's cruel and inhuman punishment. Seriously .... https://london.ctvnews.ca/judge-decides-against-mandatory-minimum-for-human-trafficking-sentence-1.4226750
  11. Exsctly.. the final Rotherham report was clear on the cover up and how pc contributed, all reported by bbc and the guardian. Since then Muslim rape gangs are proliferating in other countries andstill in uk https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/grooming-gangs-uk-britain-newcastle-serious-case-review-operation-sanctuary-shelter-muslim-asian-a8225106.html Large fonts have the opposite of the desired effect I ignore them
  12. So sad when posters refuse to accept the reality of what is happening in Europe, just as in the U.K. they covered up the Muslim rape gangs.    So sad because it's women in particular who are suffering.

  13. Whether or not it's questionable is your opinion, the facts are there among many reports of the rise in Muslim rape gangs, that we do know and we know it was covered up in the U.K. and under reported in many countries due to political correctness. It's the PC that is putting people in danger. It is even more reprehensible to deny deny deny rather than confronting the issue as it puts women in more danger. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/grooming-gangs-rotherham-suspects-victims-girls-rape-uk-nca-prosecutions-a8609511.html this is from 2009 and the situation is still being covered up https://www.policemag.com/373404/the-rise-of-muslim-gangs So far I have not seen the growing Muslim gang threat covered at any length by the mainstream media or discussed by many in law enforcement. Why not? What happened to our pro-active mission to prevent crime and criminal gangs before they reach crisis proportions? In this politically correct society are we forbidden to address this situation without being admonished for "hate speech" or "racial profiling?" and https://www.politico.eu/article/sweden-bombings-grenade-attacks-violent-reality-undoing-peaceful-self-image-law-and-order/ https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/teens-roam-streets-with-rifles-as-crime-swamps-sweden-q83g055k9
  14. As the Muslim population grows and is expected to double, so goes social unrest and an increasing danger to women especially. We also see the rise of Asian rape gangs https://voiceofeurope.com/2018/11/massive-increase-of-groomed-dutch-girls-by-mostly-muslim-men/#.W97UI1VNULY.twitter http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2017/11/29/5-facts-about-the-muslim-population-in-europe/
  15. This is hard to believe  that the RCMP in the name of diversity recruitment are lowering recruiting standards
    https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/rcmp-recruitment-gender-1.4954015

Credit checks, aptitude test also being looked at as force deals with staffing crunch
An internal document, obtained through access to information, suggests credit checks, the criminal background ban, the two-hour aptitude test and long stints at the training depot could all be eliminated from the hiring process as senior ranks try to make a career as a Mountie more attractive.

The document notes that some of the mandatory requirements can create barriers for communities the force wants to attract, including "groups more likely to have contact with the criminal justice system."

Why is that difficult to believe in an era of Trudeau? Trudeau doesn't care about merit or quality. He is the style over substance guy and determined to prove his creds as Mr. Inclusive.

This is true, but to actually admit to lowering standards in the name of diversity is unusual.    Mind you, they obviously skipped the aptitude test for Prime Minister when Trudeau Jr. got the job.

  16. Just heard that the judge denied khadrs bail requests.  Bet he sues now

  17. Wow, Der Speigel is a respected paper, but this is worth noting "Relotius, 33, resigned after admitting to the scam. He had written for the magazine for seven years and won numerous awards for his investigative journalism, including CNN Journalist of the Year in 2014". https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/dec/19/top-der-spiegel-journalist-resigns-over-fake-interviews
  18. China is arresting Canadian teachers now and still Trudeau is refusing to act.

This last one was working illegally in China, something I am sure you can understand a country taking exception to people who do that.  So perhaps it was good that Trudeau didn't go in with guns blazing before finding out all the facts.

If it's true, then it's unrelated, maybe, the timing is suspicious  However, Trudeau should be doing more to help.   https://www.thestar.com/politics/federal/2018/12/20/hundreds-of-canadians-held-by-china-raise-stakes-for-trudeau-government.html

  19. If it's large enough to cause a PM to resign then the gov't isn't listening, especially 'virulent opposition'. While most reports will always refer to protesters as 'right wing' they are not necessarily 'far right' or racist. I wouldn't doubt the value of a protest, if it's large enough, both France and Belgium have changed their political position because of protests. https://o.canada.com/news/world/weve-had-enough-close-the-borders-anti-migrant-protesters-clash-with-belgian-police/wcm/572e741f-98aa-4368-ae98-1c496954b91c https://eblnews.com/video/belgium-thousands-protest-un-migration-pact-brussels-573336 This one says UK is stick to it's pledge to reduce net migration. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-belgium-protests-migration/thousands-march-in-brussels-against-u-n-migration-pact-idUSKBN1OF0LM
  20. The embassy is issuing warnings about protests against the compact, thousands have been protesting. https://be.usembassy.gov/potential-yellow-vest-demonstration-and-protest-against-the-global-compact-for-migration/ Trudeau & co. are telling us that this is no big deal and non binding of course, so all you ‘right wing extremists’ just STFU So, now why would a prime minister step down if this pact is no big deal even tho thousands of people don’t believe the propaganda.
  21. Well, the Belgian PM has had to quit over his support of the compact... as Trump said in a speech to the U.N. General Assembly on September 25, 2018,, “Ultimately, the only long-term solution to the migration crisis is to help people build more hopeful futures in their home countries. ” He is not the only one saying that, but they are also saying that if you really believe in 'global warming' then bringing in millions more people into your country will only increase the carbon footprint, require more industry and resources, more land needed to be developed etc. etc. https://www.usnews.com/news/world/articles/2018-12-18/belgian-premier-resigns-as-coalition-comes-under-pressure

A panel of federal judges just dismissed ALL 83 ethics complaints leveled against Justice Kavanaugh

The Dem  hit job against an honourable man has  failed

  23. Interesting that someone has to back years to troll for other posts... The fact that they say it isn’t legally binding is not enough to assure numerous countries including the U.S., Australia, Austria and Hungary, who did not sign. These gov’ts have made numerous objections, among which the compact mixes up the rights of asylum-seekers with those of economic migrants. They also believe that multl tinational agreements and in particular this one, do go against the sovereign power of individual gov’ts. I guess these countries and all those who oppose it are also ‘mouth breathers’, as is, I suppose, anyone who disagrees with you.
  24. This explains in part why Australia et al didn't sign... now the Belgian PM has resigned over this "Although the text is not legally binding and is regarded as more of a declaration, the pact is worded in a way that encourages domestic courts and authorities to consider it when making decisions based on interpretations of their laws. Such provisions have prompted Austria, Hungary, Israel and several other countries to reject the pact. Critics claim that the deal is inadequate for managing global migration flows and might negatively affect their national immigration policies."
  25. I strongly support creation of shelters and assistance for abused women  as no woman should be subjected to such abuse.

Calgary population is about 3% Muslim but in 2016-17 Alberta shelters turned away 22,000.    Research found up to 40% of women seeking help were visible Muslims”

    This is alarmingly disproportionate
