The Conservative party was moving out of the opposition leader's office in March 2007? If the boxes were found on the day the Liberals moved in, you might have a point. But over a year later, and those boxes could be anyone's. Don't you think the Liberals might move boxes around once in a while?

I will repeat what I have said over and over in this thread: Show me where there is a clear indication of who owns the boxes (and no, 320-3 is not a clear indication. If you found a wallet marked 320-3, would you know what to do with it). I keep asking, but so far no one has been able to show me. I'm starting to think people are ignoring this point on purpose. If you can show me this, I will agree with you 100%. If not, I will continue to assume there is no indication of who owns the boxes.

If you have any evidence to condemn Martin for the sponsorship scandal, I'd love to hear it. As for stockwell, all this talk of it being a done deal doesn't fly. When the RCMP was investigating this previously, they concluded that Hart's resignation was not contingent upon compensation. Recent evidence, which Hart does not deny, shows that his resignation was in fact contingent upon compensation. An analogy would be if someone found documents quoting Martin saying "yep, I am responsible for stealing money in the sponsorship scandal" and Martin coming out and saying "yep, what I said previously is true". If that's the case, wouldn't you want to see Martin prosecuted? Or would you say that it has already been settled?

It's illegal to offer inducement for someone to step down. It may be a non-issue for you, but it's still illegal.

Basically, the documents said something like "my resignation was contingent upon payment" or something to that effect, but I'm too lazy to look it up yet again and Jim Hart does not denying saying that.

Everyone keeps saying it's clearly marked with the address. I'll I see are the numbers 320-3 (rather discreetly on the side of one of the boxes). Do you have another video which shows the address clearly marked? Or is 320-3 your definition of a clearly marked address? If it had said "Property of the CPC, deliver to the office of the Prime Minister" I would agree with you 100%, but so far all I have seen is 320-3.
