Seems the NDP are confused. Not really "getting it" when it comes to the written law or finance... I could forego the first offense but 2 times? On the same charge? Kinda signals either blatant disregard to the law and democracy or sheer stupidity. There is no in between. Pick one!
-
Ignorance to the law is not an excuse.... Have you ever met a policeman before? So now it's "ignorance?". Ahhhhhhhhh. I get it now.
-
Sooooo your saying change or amend a law when it fits the NDP's behavior? Okay, now I get it.... Kinda figured you attended union meetings... What laws like theft and harrasment, sexual or other have you managed to get changed or "fitted" to suit your brotheren? Laws are laws... We don't change them cuz it makes the guilty "un-guilty". Or, maybe it's just "confusing".
-
2 internal mishaps simple means complete incompetance! No? They just learnin???
-
I DID know that! Do you know how Mulcair got his spot after jumpin from the libs??? Its a moot point... The point is that the NDP, the perveyors of good deeds and fair dust have been caught.... 2 times.... Only one more time than the Tories... "Over achievers"... 2 times?! Thay didn't learn from the first time? What does that tell you about their "lernin" ability? Or lack of it
-
Soooo, by you thought process or lack there-of...... The tories can have one more strike against them to equal or "tie" the 2 charges of guilty in one year run up by the NDP?????? Oh the shame... Oh how ndp.. The sheer lack of transperency in the NDP and flaunting of the rules in a democratic country is shameless$$$$$ Down right hypacritical!!!!
-
Silly.. Ok, your blinded with tory hatred...good for you... Care to comment on the NDP and 2 convictions? 2 of em?
-
Please read the conviction. It not "overspending"... It illegal means for contributions... And enough with this "potentially" thing... Let's grant the tories the same respect as we did the NDP till they were found guilty twice... And 2 times is either REALLY trying to skirt the law and flip the middle finger to democracy! Or..... These guys are really really really piss poor at finances.. Just so we are clear
-
They are always classy.. Always... Just seems poetic how/who paid the dime on that... Anyhow, let's stay on point and forget how the NDP bleed us dry... This was about how the NDP were found guilty by Elections Canada for breaking the finance and funding laws... Care to comment?
-
Sorry, I'm on Blackberry... The "lying" in state, the procession, the glitz and glamor.. Canada paid for that.... Jacks last hoorah!?
-
Indeed! The investigation by Elections Canada is CLOSED on the NDP! Guilty guilty! There is nothing of the sort toward the Liberals! (I'm assuming you could only mean the Fiberals)

Jennifer Ditchburn, The Canadian Press Published: Wednesday, June 06, 2012 For the second time in a year, the NDP has run afoul of political financing laws. Elections Canada has ordered the NDP to pay back money it collected from unions who sponsored events at the party's national convention last year. The party, which has criticized the Conservative government for a lack of transparency, offered no details on how much it paid back or to whom. One event, a dinner with late leader Jack Layton and Nova Scotia Premier Darrell Dexter, was sponsored by the Public Service Alliance of Canada. This party has NO regard for Democracy or transparency.. Hypocrytes! The SECOND time! In a year! How much did that "service" cost for Jack?!?! Thats right... on your dime..

Money from Opseu! MY money went to Jack Layton, Mulcair and many more! The NDP have managed to corrupt and foul the democratic process! I pay thier wages and dues and its FUNNELED to the NDP?!?!?!?!?! The NDP have no interest in democracy! Just from TODAY!!! Jacky Boy managed to hood-wink us right to the grave!!! Sickening! ITS ALL ADDING TOGETHER NOW!!!! The "People Party" is just that.. Made up of the PEOPLES MONEY! Im willing to bet that the full body massage that Jack Layton got at that dirty rub-n-tug was on MY DIME!!!!! Dig up his expenses! Im sure there will be alot more than a glass of overpriced OJ! When Asked how much in the way of the contributions they will pay back, an NDP spokes person said " We are the NDP,, Nadda Damn Penny" ! Well we know what the NDP really stands for., The house of cards is crumbling!

I do protest sir! I seem to have brought more evidence to the party that you! Oh, You dont need it right?
-
Just bringing the evidence to the table... Something that has not been brought to the Tories. You can't silence the truth! The NDP can only play with our electoral process for so long! Vote-buying, Instilling non-french speaking candidates in ridings they dont live in, Rub-N-Tugs early in the mornings? The TRUE colors of the NDP have been shown! To Add!: OTTAWA — Outspoken New Democrat MP Pat Martin gave on Monday an unequivocal apology to RackNine Inc. and its CEO Matt Meier, thereby avoiding a $5-million defamation lawsuit. “I wrongfully accused them of being part of conspiracy to commit electoral fraud,” Martin told reporters. “I now know that the statements I made insinuating Mr. Meier and RackNine’s participation in an electoral fraud conspiracy were wholly and unequivocally false.” I doth proclaim,, "he whom smelt it, must have dealt it"....

Mulcair blames Harper for East-West divisions
Fletch 27 replied to mentalfloss's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
As per Michael Brune, the executive director of the Sierra Club: “The effort to stop Keystone is part of a broader effort to stop the expansion of the tar sands,” Brune said. “It is based on choking off the ability to find markets for tar sands oil.” Maybe its the layperson in me but i read that as "choking off Jobs", or "Choking off the economy".. Or maybe they want to put a "Disney North" in its place? -
The calls eminated from the Edmonton Strathcona riding! Again, And NDP Stronghold! One of FEW .. Again, more evidance pointing at the NDP... And "As for the "French connection"...if Darth Layton's sinister, dying plan was to cause scandal issues for the Cosnervatives...you don't think the diabolical genius might have considered this issue?" Yes, He considered it and excecuted on it! His secret will remain with him unfortunatly.. The evidance points directly to the NDP and Jack Layton! Why would a Torie, if they are soo bad, chose to "inject money" into an NDP riding to employ this company? Jacky Jacky Jacky, not good at covering his tracks..
-
With no evidance to the contrary and the sceptre of a "last grasp"... Yes, I believe the NDP are behind this! It was there battle to lose and they had the most to gain. The the whole "french connection"? Hmmmm Why is that lunatic? I could just as well have formed my assumptions on the Tories or Liberals (I actaully hate the Liberals more than the NDP) but i didnt! You are simply forming your decision based on "I hate Harper"... And thats your right as well..
-
When you put all the pieces together, this looks like an NDP ploy.. C'mon, NDP battle in Guelph ontario,,, Calls from a line registered to an account in QC for "Piere Poutine"...? And your pointing to the Tories? THe Tories are free and clear of this and there is ZERO evidance to the fact... Nadda.. Well other than all the leads that point to the NDP! Jack Layton knew he was dying.. he was lying on an hourly basis telling Quebecers one thing and the rest of Canada another. He was desperate to win "something" in his life.. Even if it meant cheating, fraud and lying..

With the next gen BB10 device coming out (a few versions under the "L" platform family), it will have the highest resolution display in the market (Beating the Iphone "retina display" by over 150dpi), It will have 16GBytes of internal eMMC memory along with an expansion port for a uSD card. The Camera will outperform the Iphone and Samsung Camera modules massively (both front facing and rear facing) with one being a specialy tuned 8M. The SW is SPECTACULAR now.. Check this demo out..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hF2cLwPHaNY he unit in the Video is NOT the next gen BB10 device.. The next gen is much thinner and uses a number of new construction techniques making it virtually bulletproof (Next gen Gorilla Glass Lens). The Ti OMAP processor will be the fastest processor in the market till mid 2013 and the Qualcom chip is very limited.. Proximity sensing, ALS, NFC and next Gen WiFi will all be enabled as will be a new approach to turning the handset on and off.. the BB10/QNX platform will be un-beatable.. Its true multitasking with the ability to run countless opporations in the back-ground... Its just a crying shame it soo frigging late to Market!

VHEMT! “Phasing out the human race by voluntarily ceasing to breed will allow Earth's biosphere to return to good health. Crowded conditions and resource shortages will improve as we become less dense.” These nut-jobs have funneled THOUSANDS of dollars to the "Environmentalists" and "First Nations" in the past year. You "really" think that a group that endorses the extinction of all human life is lets say..."SANE"??? The effort to stop the exploration in the sands is simply run by a bunch of yes, hippy tree hugging leftist nut-jobs who do not understand how a shovel is used. Yup, Mulcairs type and target audience... the dumb -
Are we thwarting Darwin by keeping losers alive?
Fletch 27 replied to Argus's topic in Moral & Ethical Issues
There is a family in Milton where the father had what was considered a "mild" peeanut alergy where he could use an inhaler if there was an emergency.. When his daughter was born, she was diagnosed with a severe alergy to the same item.. The School board later (i think 3 years ago) took the steps to completely eliminate any and all peanut-butter in kids sandwiches as well as snack with peanuts in them. THIS year, there is a boy who is deathly alergic to Orange food coloring (orange number 7) and that has also been banned from the same school.. They arent "losers" but it does make you think about this darwinism thing and why the human body would allow itself to change to such a hapless state! -
Obama vs Romney - POTUS 2012
Fletch 27 replied to Moonlight Graham's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Im not "Polling" for crying out loud.. Im stating my observations that with all of my American counterparts, ALL of the ones who voted for Obama are upset with the lack of change in the economy (they all say the same thing.. its the economy) and they pretty much all are voting republican now.. Not a poll, just an observation. -
Stephen Harper, rumor of knighthood
Fletch 27 replied to Topaz's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
BBC sais Harper could not accept a knighthood on grounds that were not published or commented on... Can anyone substantiate this? Would he accommodate this later? What's the scoop here!? -
Move to "Less austerity"? Maybe you havent paid much attention to Spain in the past 2 days. Stuck to thier guns on austerity and it paying off... A sustainable economy consists of not replicating a snake eating its own tail (Hiring everyone in the country to be a Gov Employee ala Greece). There are 2 shining examples now for austerity.. Spain, And greece, Polar opposites of the spectrum for austerity. Only one of them is gaining now.
