I'm hoping the Alliance Tories go down to 4th place and get rid of the cancer of government.
-
I think both the Libs and the NDP have people with experience in finance and the Liberals have a doctor in the party if she re-elected. Its really hard to say until we see who won and who got elected, many are going to be new to all parties.

Again, this US person was saying because of China's problem they expect the stock market to crash by the end of the year, if this is true only god knows.
-
On the stock market programs on TV, I heard a US broker say that investors should sell anything they have in stocks because the market is going down. So saying that, it doesn't matter who the PM is, it is what it is.

I like to see the Tories in 4th place but their supporters are too brainwashed to see the truth about Harper and his corruption.

Harper gave $8 Million in tax dollars to GOP
Topaz replied to cybercoma's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
I would say that illegal and its illegal for foreign government to get involve in Canadian elections. http://boingboing.net/2015/10/09/canadian-tories-funneled-8m-i.html -
Remember the female page that got kick out of the House because she held up a sign about Harper in the senate..... she is recruiting young voters to vote and I'm pretty sure its ABC. Anyone under 50 better get out and vote because their future depends on it.

Topaz replied to cybercoma's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
What I've read is the IRI, helps countries with replacing leaders and they help Harper in 2006 get elected and u can read more especially this topic over on globalreasearch.ca they have the full story. Harper helped them, they helped Harper. -
Even Muslim countries ban the NIqab - so why not Canada?
Topaz replied to Keepitsimple's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
The government has already allowed the Turban in the RCMP, I believe , so how can they stop the Niqab? If a government official sees who the woman is, what's the big deal.....what no gun registry to keep Harper's base supporting him? As I said before, what kind of person could support this corrupt party?- 384 replies

Mentally Ill Patients, Not Guns Are Shooting Culprit
Topaz replied to jbg's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
OR could these people with mental issues being "programed" to do the shooting? Don't start the tinfoil going, why, all of sudden with the government wants gun control, there's all these people getting killed by guns. The government wouldn't do that ...how about the CIA, which has done worse in the past to citizens. -
Strategic Voting - It needs to be done
Topaz replied to marcus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Since Manning came out and said words meaning nothing to Harper, boy, he's really been talking a lot the last 24 hours and giving away the farm to buy votes. -
Last night on TVO, The Agenda, they were talking about the election and the deficit and it showed that in the mid 70's to Paul martin time as Finance Minister, every government ran a deficit because money was cheap and Martin was the only in the blue and the others in the red. So, if Martin is behind Justin, then I don't think there's much to worry about.

Is it 200,000 family income or per person? Look at it this way, all those taxed should say they are giving it to the government as charity and take deduction. The rich would have to be hit sooner or later because the middle-class doesn't have any more money and really the government has help make the middle-class disappear.

ANYONE HERE VOTED AS YET? We did and as we were coming out of voting, I could hear several people talking about NOT voting for the Harper, not the Tory Party but people just don't like Harper. There was a long line up but our poll had a short line in and out in about 5 minutes. I think we will see more voters voting this time around.

In the 2008 election or maybe 06, the Liberal MP for that riding, her name escapes me, said even before Gill was running for the Tories, he was getting new want-to -be Canadians, help to citizenship to the Tory party MP, when they should have gone to the Liberal MP who represented the riding.

Why are Globe & Mail & Toronto Star both against Stephen Harpe
Topaz replied to Biz Liz's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
In my view, there's nothing wrong for the reporting of news about our government, whom ever it is, to report their view and if its completely untrue, they get sued. The reporter can find things out that many MPs can't and I see the news media, fighting for us, the common joe.- 35 replies

It wouldn't surprise me if some of the leaders are being paid by the corps. to get what they want, they only have to pay the price the leader wants.

Last night on coasttocoast.com, George had on a former former Vet from the Nam era and who went to work for corp. WORLD and he said as u will read that Russia, China and Iran, are the ones fighting US made ISIS and in one week killed off 40% of them and that China has a war ship in the Caspian Sea and Iran is sending their troops to fight ISIS and that US could find itself in WW3 depending how it handles the situation. Hulet, also said that the elite running the new world order, which Putin is totally against, by Hulet, are the corp. oligarchy, which many of the callers , vets from Nam and ME war agreed with him. He also said the Russia told Israel to stand down and stay out of the Syria conflict. Hulet also said that the top 500 companies don't care about any citizens, even in the US, they only care about the money and they have homes around the world were they can go if war comes to the US and I suppose Canada. http://www.coasttocoastam.com/show/2015/10/07

Strategic Voting - It needs to be done
Topaz replied to marcus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Since advance voting starts Oct 9th-12th, many people will go out and vote and this would make sure that no problems pop up and if so they still have a short time to correct them before Oct 19th. -
How is Trudeau Going to Pay for all His Promises?
Topaz replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Someone should ask Harper how is he going to keep out of a deficit and still off all the sectors he promised pay offs? -
Why are Globe & Mail & Toronto Star both against Stephen Harpe
Topaz replied to Biz Liz's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
PIK, the Liberals couldn't have been beaten unless Liberal supporters tossed them out, which they did but it seems that alliance/conservative supporters can't do that when their leader should be tossed.- 35 replies

You know, when the Liberal Party was voted out, it was the Liberal majority that said, u may have done wrong and we can't vote for u but it seems when the Tories have done wrong, their supporters don't really care , just as long as THEIR guy gets in and that is very wrong for the country and if this continues Canada will only have a corrupt country more than it is now. So, the only way for this PM to go is for voters who have never voted before to vote and I hope the young voters do because their future does depend on it. All this money Harper is promising for the dairy farmers and the auto sector, ask the fishermen from NFLD about Harper's promises... and were is he going to get the money for all these promises when he had to rob the emergency fund for the income splitting.

Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Canada Criticizes TPP Deal
Topaz replied to cybercoma's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
What really dumb about this deal from what I've heard is the 20,000 people are going to lose their jobs in the auto sector and its going to cost taxpayers 4.3 Billion to pay off the dairy farmers and IF this was such a good deal as the Tories boost it is, why the pay off??- 56 replies
