  1. Here’s a little something to reduce dem election stealing and fraud.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A federal appeals court sided with Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday when it overturned a lower court’s decision on a controversial voting law.

That law, approved by the state’s Republican-controlled Legislature in 2021, placed restrictions on the use of drop boxes and set new requirements for voter registration groups, among other things. A federal judge in March 2022 ruled that the law was discriminatory against minorities and placed unconstitutional burdens on voters.

"Federal records show the Trump 2020 campaign paid Block’s firm more than $750,000 in six payments"

This confirms Donald knew he lost. He paid $750,000 for the verification that he lost. Yet all his minions still, to this day, venomously demand he won. Angry, bitter childlike losers digging their heels in on Donald's fabrication.

I've never seen anything like it.

And these fools..... They are never going to give up.

In your thread title.  Maybe you could explain what this form is that Trump hired?

Michael Burry tweets all sorts of things, and sometimes he's right, but over the last 15 years he's mostly been wrong.

No, I'm laughing at you because you watched the Big Short, saw this on your Twitter Doomer feed, and have since been cluelessly screeching about what Michael Burry tweeted (even though you never actually understood what he meant or what he was thinking).

Now even Michael Burry acknowledged he was wrong...again.  🤣

This is really weak, even for you.  15 years, eh?  You’ve been tracking Burry all along, yada yada yada.  He tweets all sorts of things?

At least try to make your BS SOUND like something other than a used car salesman.  This is why I call you a propaganda minister.

I'm still waiting for comments on this:

That you face-plant like this so consistently is why nobody is paying attention or responding to you.  My role as Iraqi Minister of Propaganda compels me to speak up, but you are so absurdly clueless and misinformed that your foolishness can just sit here and speak for itself.

And while you’re waiting, here’s another eye catching story about commercial real estate being down 80% in the jewel of California, San Fran.  The Wall Street Journal, no less.

This is how dire things have become in San Francisco, an extreme form of a challenge nationwide. Nearly every large U.S. city is struggling, to some degree, with reduced office-worker turnout since the pandemic spurred remote work. No market was hit harder than San Francisco, for reasons including its high costs, reliance on a tech industry quick to embrace hybrid work, and quality-of-life issues such as crime and homelessness.

The whole thing was about election FRAUD and FRAUDULENT VOTE TALLIES on Dominion machines.

IF the case was winnable, then Fox was foolish to settle. Obviously Dominion had the goods on Fox even if the discovery documents are not available ONLINE.

So Fox Show hosts said some stuff that damaged Dominion to the tune of 787 million.  Only it was never said publicly otherwise you and any lefty would be able to provide quotes and links from the last 2-3 years.

So how again did Dominion suffer damages when nobody heard or saw the private texts and such?  Fox even called Arizona for Biden before anyone else back in 2020.

  6. And here’s the news that all of us conservatives were predicting:

Without the tentpole that Carlson's program provided, the ratings for other Fox News shows were down as well. "Hannity" averaged 2 million viewers, a decline of 20% from the previous week. "The Ingraham Angle" scored 1.56 million, down 12%.

Newsmax appeared to be the beneficiary of Carlson fans looking for an alternative. "Eric Bolling The Balance" pulled in 562,000 viewers in the 8 p.m. Eastern hour, a fivefold increase over last Tuesday when Carlson was his competition

Your cognitive dissonance has been put in OVERDRIVE and you are now in DENIALAND.

The Dominion lawsuit DISCOVERY is how they got Carlson's private texts and emails.

You really don't know how the US justice system works, AND still cling to conspiracy theories that something must be wrong with them.

Again, none of these texts are damaging to Dominion.  Show me some damage.

  8. So Michael Burry tweets over a dozen warnings in the last two years that he was mostly right about but you ignore.

Then he posts a single recantation, and you’re all over it.  I don’t have time to hold your hand these days, I’m too busy monitoring bank failures:

FOX is  whatever its viewers want it to be, it has no ideology other than profit. Murdoch said so himself. They didn't shell out 3/4 of a billion just because they decided to become liberals. WTF are you smoking?

FOX still has the Smartmatic and Grossberg cases pending, as well as shareholders suing the directors. They will still be in court over this long after Rupert is pushing up daisies.

Fox is no longer the same organization it was, the same way Twitter is no longer the same organization it was.

  10. 38 minutes ago, Aristides said:

Well it's pretty obvious, you just don't want to see it.

Again I say, Fox News is no longer a conservative organization. The old Fox News would have fought this tooth and nail, and not settled out of court.  And they would have appealed all the way to the Supreme Court.

And not even John Roberts himself could have kept Clarence Thomas from this case.

  11. 12 minutes ago, Moonbox said:

Dominion disagreed, and that's why the company sued.  🙃

That Fox had to pay almost $800B to settle after it became publicly apparent that what deadbeats like Carlson were saying was very different than what they believed, is basically a concession of the above.

You are always good for a laugh.  Thanks again.

Wow, 800 billion now.  Thanks for the laugh, the Iraqi Propaganda Ministry strikes again!  😝

  12. 37 minutes ago, Moonbox said:

What's in question?  Fox didn't think they could win the case.  They settled to spare themselves the embarrassment of having their hosts and executives paraded out to testify about how they didn't believe anything they were saying and that they knew what they were claiming was false.  Not only that, but if they lost the case the judgment could have ended up being a lot worse than nearly $800M.

Again.  None of what they were saying or believed, damaged Dominion.

  13. 2 minutes ago, Aristides said:

Dominion had internal emails, Murdoch himself said he knew they were peddling BS. They would also have Abby Grossman's dozens of recorded phone conversations which we will probably hear during her suit. FOX was screwed and they knew it. The last thing they wanted was to see Murdoch, Tucker and all the other miscreants siting in witness box with their hand on a Bible.

None of that proves that Dominion suffered any losses.

  14. 11 minutes ago, Aristides said:

Dominion had FOX dead to rights. An appeal would have thrown out the award as being far too big if had been made by a jury. FOX was willing to pay hundreds of millions more not to have Carlson and all the others testify under oath.

    No they did not.

Konnech had True the Vote dead to rights as well.

  15. To those on the right, it’s time to consider that Fox was bought out and is no longer a conservative news organization. They’ve been subtle about it, but calling Arizona during the 2020 election was an obvious tell.

Settling with Dominion rather than a court case in which Dominion would have had to prove intent, and that it cost them anything.  Nobody settles out of court over something like this.  It’s an outrage that they settled.

Agreeing  to a settlement and agreeing to fire Tucker?  who was their biggest source of revenue?  A conservative organization would have fought this tooth and nail.  True the Vote just saw Konnech drop all charges against them.  But Fox settles.

“After Konnech sued True the Vote last month for defamation, Hoyt ordered True the Vote to turn over any Konnech data the organization still had and disclose the name of the individual who’d helped them obtain it.

…On Tuesday, Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht released all of their information on the China-linked Konnech Company at Open.Ink. The next day Konnech dropped ALL CHARGESagainst Gregg and Catherine”

True the Vote is a much smaller organization than Fox, and managed to win in court by simply standing by their guns and telling the truth.  And Fox, with its resources, settles?

And now the rest of their journalists and shows will be much more cautious without Fox having to rein them in, and suffer the bad press that would be generated.  But the outrage over Tucker will hurt them worse than the Bud Light fiasco.

Fox simply knuckled under when they didn’t have to.

“First Republic Bank faces an uphill challenge to regrow its business after losing more than half its deposits, analysts said on April 25, as shares sank almost 30 per cent in early trading after the bank reported its first-quarter earnings.”

…”The dour report was also dragging shares of other regional lenders lower before the bell. PacWest Bancorp, Western Alliance Bancorp, Zions Bancorp and Charles Schwab Corp. down between one per cent and four per cent.

First Republic has been reeling in recent weeks as it navigates the twin challenge of assuring customers their deposits remain safe and investors that it has liquidity to emerge out of the crisis.”

Another US bank is found to be struggling with major losses.  Maybe they should enlist Moonbox, the Iraqi Minister of Propaganda, to save them.  Since he saw this coming so well…

Seems likely....the U.S. political/media environment is very compromised...has been for quite some time.   Tucker Carlson could run for Congress and probably win.

Tucker will get the last laugh.  Fox’s stock is down almost a billion today.  He’ll get a huge contact to start another show somewhere else, and will be freer to express his views.  Just as things are starting to fall apart for Biden.

Yes, and I used it to highlight how much of a goober you are.  👍

Right, Fox News leaked Tucker's demise to AOC, because surely she'd be the first person they'd tell, being so close and everything.  🙄

If I were you I’d keep your ‘Iraqi Minister of Propaganda’ schtick on the back pages of the business section.  Totally up to you.
