The Nasdaq is down 2% at this time, roughly equivalent to the Dow's negative performance.
Bitcoin is doing very badly. Down last week and now this, 8% at this time.

Now the Dow is down 800 points, does anyone know when the breakers kick in?
Edit: According to Wikipedia, the first breaker trips at a 7% drop, which is roughly 2800 points. Second level trips out at 13%.

I’ve not been updating economic threads like this as it seemed like the coming recession wasn’t going to occur until closer to the US election. So yesterday the DOW, Nasdaq and S&P 500 were all floundering and down in a big way. TSE as well. Remember, these markets are mostly rearward looking, responding to what has happened.
And this morning things are looking grim as well. US Job reports were only 110,000, missing the mark and causing an uptick in the official Unemployment rate. Right now the DOW is down over 700 points, and the TSE is down over 500! That’s over 2%.
Intel laid off 15,000 and the tech sector is hurting big time. It looks like the Magnificent 7 are no longer able to hold up the markets.

No, that’s not what I am referring to. I saw 2 reports of loud noises at a Trump rally. Not shots. Loud noises. They wouldn’t even report shots fired, though it was all over the internet immediately.

Okay, back to the idea of a wave of propaganda.
It's been two weeks now since Trump was shot. To those who can think critically, can you remember the progression of the propaganda reporting on this event? There were liberal/dem MSM organizations reporting that loud noises were heard at a Trump rally and Trump was removed. I kid you not. Then similar types of rags were stating that he was probably hit with a piece of the teleprompter, not a bullet. And on and on it's gone. Very little scrutiny for some parts of the event, and of course some of these got into trouble for wishing the bullets had found success.
Now I hear that certain organizations have been quietly offering money to people who took pics or video at the event, media that showed what happened to Trump at the rally. They are buying the rights to these pics and videos, and then slapping copyright infringement to people retweeting them or posting them anywhere in the digital world. People are getting their videos on youtube taken down, and a strike issued to them for containing any of this content. No warnings given.
If the truth doesn't suit their purposes, they are buying it and burying it.

Yeah, I was watching the media this week all getting behind Harris like she’s the reincarnation of Obama. And predictably the polls followed suit as Harris started taking potshots at Trump. It’s all so predictable, isn’t it?
The rewriting of history; no, she wasn’t the border Czar, etc. But the DNC, starting August 19, will tell the tale. Will she get the nomination? Is this really the best they can do? Was Biden forced to resign? Is that legal? How’s his health right now, is he still capable to do the job? And until November?

Do you remember Trump’s first term? He didn’t have the time to properly vet people and or didn’t realize how dedicated the left was to damage his administration. So he brought in a lot of people with divided loyalties, shall we say, and had to get rid of them.
With this VP pick the left would have loved to get a double agent of sorts in that position. This is how insidious they have become. Bottom line? Vance is not one of them. His humble upbringing, his military record and the like. He will make an excellent president in 2028.

What I was actually saying...and all I was I sitting on...is that we don't actually have any physical evidence for the holocaust. All of the evidence is based on eyewitness accounts. The holocaust is unusual among massive historical events in the way that it does happen to lack physical evidence.
The historians who insist the hocaust occurred will agree with that particular claim. They will say the germans destroyed evidence, concealed their real intentions in coded language, etc...and they will say the eyewitness claims of a lot of jews is good enough.
And if it isn't good enough, well it is simply illegal to question the holocaust.
There have even been people willing to help the narrative out. For example, according to the holocaust story, there should be 400k jews buried in a mass grave near treblinka. Some dumb goy actually offered to exude some body and use forensics to prove once and for all that this mass grave exists. So of course the rabbis had to step in and insist he do not do this, because it would violate jewish burial rites.
Anyway, these are actual facts. Nothing controversial about it. You can confirm everything with a simple Google search.
But the subject is generally taboo and people like yourself have a sort of derangement about it. If a person speaks about the holocaust without the proper tone of reverence, then you conclude they are insane...which does not follow..and they hate jews...which does not follow.
