I would say most of Eastern Europe had a rough time BECAUSE of communism. Right now, most of the Eastern European countries are turning around little by little because of sustainable ideas.

You were given the right to vote, I earned my right to vote... slight difference. I never said you didn't or shouldn't have a right to vote, I just said it might mean a little more to me then you, having never worked a serious job and living in University world, once you get to the real world you will wake up or the consequences would be grave.

As a tourist or living there? Slight difference. I think Cuba is a paradise, for a tourist anyway, not so much for the people living there. I was born in Bulgaria and lived through the consequences of communism, and I can tell you that its not all that its build up to be. And it was never the way it is portrayed in Books not even close to the paradise some people made it out to be.
