  1. You're not suggesting Trump is a man are you? He skirted enlistment because of 'bone spurs', wears too much make-up and needs bigger pants to fit his depends into. That's not very 'manly'....
  2. Please provide a link showing he was 'defacto' PM and spending money....or is this just your opinion? You don't understand do you... Carney was not even in politics until winning the liberal leadership in March, which is when Trudeau stepped aside. There is no way possible he had any political authority prior to that....and most certainly for 'spending money'. Again provide the back-up that....if you can.
  3. Fools talk because they have to say something.... Fool. Why do you have such a tough time making a point in short order, unless of course you have no point, no conservative leader the country wants and simply talk to hear yourself. A banker.... As well as educated at Harvard and Oxford to lead BOC and BOE, not to mention prominent leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg and Brookfield. I understand it's not quite at the level of paperboy and Telus phone collector but it's what we got... You'll have a new leader to idolize come the new year. Poilievre can keep changing his hair style and taking likability lessons till the cows come home but the fact remains....people don't like him. There is a reason he lost a 24% lead.... what an embarrassment 😂
  4. I'll ask, again.... where is the link/proof that vaccine stockpiles haven't been replenished? Facts are facts and it shows Canada had the second least amount of covid deaths amongst G10 countries. Do you dispute that?
  5. Again, Trudeau is gone so he has nothing to do with now. No I haven't seen evidence, but can't remember it as being a topic of conversation this past 90 days (?). Have you seen any evidence they haven't taken any action in preparedness? No they haven't. That's a provincial responsibility. Show the facts that no emergency preparedness has been dealt with. If no facts, it's a partisan take only.... agree? Not following... If I remember correctly (?) when specific vaccines became available Canada purchased them, albeit some had wait times because of age group. Were there better priced deals to be had with this? Canada had the second lowest covid death rate among G10 countries. What is your argument of panic? You keep saying your argument is because we've heard nothing, that must mean they've done nothing. That's not a factual conclusion, it's partisan thinking. And I never said it wouldn't happen again... I said hopefully it doesn't happen again any time soon.
  6. Believe what? I'm sure you do think a lot... but not following the left propaganda or indisputable truth thing. What if I said the earth is round, or are you looking for more of a conspiracy type thing?
  7. Sure hope I didn't hurt your feelings with any lying or 'personal attacks'. Move on now 👉
  8. Of course you would say that. Obviously an assumption only as we don't have a conservative government....yet again. You talk far too much so if you can in a paragraph, tell me how a fellow with the non-debatable lack of economic, business or trade experience like Poilievre has would be faring better than someone who has that background and is arguably the most qualified PM we've had? Please keep it short.....
  9. Maybe I need to sign out/sign in again for the ignore changes to work....? If you had anything to say other than calling everyone a liar I'd maybe keep you around for the laugh, but it's all you got. Move on 👉
  10. No, it's called having a life. I was golfing today, not running from DF's like you. You're my first ignore on this forum! Congrats DF 🏆
  11. Trudeau resigned first week of January and remained PM until Carney won the liberal leader vote on March 9. He was elected PM by the Canadian people on April 28. Are you not aware of that? Call it a honeymoon or whatever you want...he needs to make it happen, but anyone with common sense knows what we need takes a lot more than 90 days to complete. The process is moving along with bill C5, Premier and FN meetings....not sure what more was expected? 100% agree with you though.... not buying the boomer BS but he was elected for a reason.....make it happen or we find someone else.
  12. WTF.... I put you on ignore yesterday and I get this! Probably/obviously did something wrong but am going to figure it out....
  13. We're not talking about the past, we're talking about the present. You said Carney has disregarded the pandemic and has moved on. Again, where and when did he or any cabinet minister say this? The fact of the matter is that this hasn't even been topic of conversation given the other sh*t going on right now so any conclusion you have, is nothing but your political bias. Yes, saw the news this am that said NB was banning people from the woods. So what if it's overeating? They want to error on the side of caution and it's within their power to do that. If it's a getting to the outdoors thing, you'll be okay staying out of it for a couple/few weeks. If it's a taking away your rights thing, you'll get over it. You did, and lots of abuse with covid/cerb payments. To say though that the government shouldn't have done what they thought at the time was the right thing to do to save lives and help people stay afloat is being way too partisan. Do you not understand the medical community had little idea what this virus was, and the factual impact it was having on the economy? Hell yeah I can look back and say a lot of things should have been different, but that's hindsight. Yes, said earlier there were a lot of mistakes and I think you'd agree that never experiencing a pandemic in our lifetimes probably had to do something with that...? Do you think the conservative leader at the time, O'Toole, would have done anything differently... if so what? Pointless questions because it is what it is.... liberals were in power, and NO, I did not agree with many of the restrictions as time moved on. My only 'argument' is that it's our governments responsibility is to be the caretakers of our citizens health and safety. Your argument appears to be a bias in thinking/assuming this government has forgotten the pandemic. Maybe they have, but I'd doubt it.
  14. He can stay in his basement for all I care... Why is that your cult doesn't think? Everything is a lie if it doesn't have the orange conspiracy or partisan twist to it.... So weak 😂
  15. If Poilievre had won, where do you think the PM/businessman in training would be right now in US 'negotiations' and infrastructure projects activity? Guess we'll never know....but curious what you think would be any different.
  16. No. Carney became PM on April 29 after the federal election results were confirmed. So, 3 months in....what did you realistically expect..... pipelines built, new ports, mining projects, roads, etc, etc to be happening by now? If you did.....incredibly naive, or a Conservative dreamer. We'll see what he can do...which majority of Canadian's are more comfortable with than the wannabe in training trying to learn the job.
  17. Where and when did the Carney government ever talk about dismissing our covid experience? Quite the opposite when he wasn't in office, where he gave us low marks because we were ill prepared like you noted. I'd also be floored to think or know that our medical and other experts haven't learned from the pandemic. Maybe my life is too simple, but I wouldn't lose a lot of sleep about my rights being infringed if I was ordered to stay out of the woods for a short period of time to error on the side of safety. No I can't. Can you show me where it didn't? Hindsight is great isn't it... Of course there were mistakes. We've never experienced this. I'll also assume you're good to see our taxes increase to pay for all the shortcomings you mentioned.
  18. You don't bike with everyone who uses the outdoors though, nor do you see all those people that use the outdoors. It's the woods so tree's, foliage and ground cover change it constantly and makes it a hazard in some conditions. I get what you're saying though and can see both sides of this very easily. I only know that if it was me in charge of the Province, or business, my deciding factor would always be towards safety.
  19. Because people smoke cigarettes, weed and crack pipes. You're an *sshole
  20. I've said it a few times this thread so at the risk of being repetitive.... a governments most critical responsibility is to care for its peoples safety. We didn't know a lot about the virus that was killing people and the government gave everyone a choice, if they wanted to keep a job in particular vocations. Because someone is anti vaxx for whatever their reason is it does not entitle them to compromise others who are susceptible. I don't care if people think that infringed upon their freedom of choice or not. As far as doubling the debt.... would you have rathered see more deaths and with a lesser debt cost? Of course not. And yes, our health care system has a myriad of challenges today and ahead with most involving additional facilities, equipment, resources and cost. I'd like to think we're better prepared for the next pandemic only because of hindsight. Hopefully we don't get to find out any time soon
  21. Told you earlier and seriously..... get a new act. If you jackasses didn't want to get a vaccine and potentially compromise those at higher risks. Too bad stupid... Being stupid isn't illegal as you well know, but there were consequences depending on what vocation you were in. Also told you earlier.... go find another conspiracy.
  22. I disagree. You can't be everywhere to police stupid. That's not possible. Question.... do you not think an atv in a tinderbox forest is a bad idea? A hot exhaust can easily start a fire regardless of careful you are. I don't see how that's responsible...? I 100% get the attraction and enjoyment of the outdoors and enjoy it as much as anyone. I can honestly say thought that staying out of the outdoors for a couple weeks or month will not alter my life in any negative way, and can't imagine lasting affects for anyone else...but that's just me. I live in BC where there is also the great outdoors. I'd much rather see a ban on using the outdoors than seeing some fool unintentionally burn it down....along with peoples home in some cases.
