Meme/Cartoon of the Day
gatomontes99 replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Actually it should be: LGTBQBIPOC+MS13 -
What content?! There is no known content! Just some general bullshit about it being similar to the other group chat. There is no known content. If there is, quote it. Until then, it is nothing more than unnamed sources claiming unknown content was shared and even that is unverified. He started out saying he wasn't a gang member, but the court ruled other wise: After considering the infonnation provided by both parties, the Court concluded that no bond was appropriate in this matter. The Court first reasoned that the Respondent failed to meet his burden of demonstrating that his release from custody would not pose a danger to others, as the evidence shows that he is a verified member ofMS-13. Matter ofSiniauskas, 27 I&N Dec. at 210; Matter ofAdeniji, 22 I&N Dec. at 1111-13; 8 C.F.R. § 1003.19(h)(3). The BIA has held that, absent any indication that the infonnation therein is incorrect or was the result of coercion or duress, Fann 1-213 is "inherently trustworthy and admissible." https://www.justice.gov/ag/media/1396906/dl?inline He did, however, claim he would be victim to gang violence in El Salvador because the rival gang would harm him. He's not a smart man. On one hand he says he's not a gang member and on the other he says he can't be sent back because the other gang might hurt him. 8 CFR § 1003.10 - Immigration judges. (d) Governing standards. Immigration judges shall be governed by the provisions and limitations prescribed by the Act and this chapter, by the decisions of the Board, and by the Attorney General (through review of a decision of the Board, by written order, or by determination and ruling pursuant to section 103 of the Act). https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/8/1003.10 It's the LAW. Bondi can strike down any decision by an immigration judge.

TPUSA Assaulted by the left
gatomontes99 replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I mean, you've supported killing Trump and Musk, the killing of the United HC CEO and every despicable act of violence and destruction by BLM, ANTIFA and Hamas. I don't think you have room to talk boss. -
Lmao...so QUOTING your links is dishonest? Oh please do tell what is honest then. This I've got to hear. Confirming the chat exists with an unnamed source about unknown information (that is somehow also comfirmed) is not reporting. It is tabloid speculation at best. He wasn't arrested for his tats. But his tats were KNOWN to police and his affiliation was known by a CI. Further, HIS ARGUMENT THAT HE COULDN'T GO TO EL SALVADOR WAS BECAUSE HIS GANG AFFILIATION PUT HIM IN DANGER WITH A RIVAL GANG. His own damn arguments admit he was and is a gang member. Actually, they aren't. While a judge can rule that the MS13 member can't be removed to El Salvador, the judge can be over ruled by the AG.

You think? -
I wasn't talking about differences. I was talking about behavior. But let's do it this way. Trump's case was out of the statute of limitations and James brought the case any way. For Trump, she had NY extend the statute of limitationsfpor fraud to 6 years so she could pursue him. Now she is facing fraud charges for something that happened less than 6 years ago. So, you are correct, the cases are different. "...although the referral also raises questions about James' assertions in loan documents related to her 2023 purchase of a residence in Virginia." The crimes Trump was convicted of date back more than five years, but they withstood an initial court challenge because of a pandemic-era extension. So, James can be convicted for her VA fraud because it is well under the statute of limitations. The other cases can be lumped in as supporting evidence even if she can't be convicted. Trump's case was only allowed to continue because they made up a campaign aspect to make it a felony and then extended the statute of limitations under the excuse of COVID. Then they forum shopped and put the trial in a disgustingly liberal area to ensure conviction despite clear manipulation by James.

I talked about out how the Guardian only verified the existence of the chat group, not the information. No one knows what the information was. The rest piggy backed on the NYT. NBC: The New York Times first reported the existence of the second Signal chat. AP: The New York Times reported that... ABC: The New York Times was first to report As I said, only the NYTs has done their own investigation (aka fabrication). Your lie that multiple outlets have investigated this is absolutely exposed. https://elsalvadorinfo.net/ms-13-gang-tattoos-explained-the-inked-language-of-fear-and-loyalty/ The knuckles tattoo fits their m.o. No. They ruled he was an MS13 member and that he was in the country illegally. One of them said he couldn't be deported to El Salvador BECAUSE HIS GANG AFFILIATION PUT HIM IN DANGER. He was not protected from deportation. He was protected from deportation to El Salvador because his gang affiliation endangered him. He had his due process. He had two hearings. He was ORDERED DEPORTED, just not to El Salvador. That was the only mistake. What exactly are you watching and/or reading that is so factually inaccurate?

The uninitiated might think that @robosmith and his ilk are displaying the ultimate in hypocrisy. They are not. It is not a double standard, it is the standard. They fully believe that the laws should only apply to those that are not on their side. That is the standard. It is a basic tenet of communism/socialism/Marxism.

As far as I know, the only publication to make the claim based on their own investigation is the NYT. Everyone else is reporting that the NYT reported it. BTW, I don't watch news other than local and then it is NBC. Dude has a tattoo on his knuckles that says MS13 Link Dude used his affiliation with MS13 as the reason he wouldn't be safe going back to El Salvador. He claimed he was afraid a rival gang would kill him. Two judges ruled he was a MS13 member. Link He was picked up for loitering. He, and the other two MS13 members he was with, claimed to be waiting for day labor. But, if what you said was true, he's been stealing work from citizens and legal residents. Thats no excuse for letting him stay.

Democrats Want Your Kids To Be Autistic
gatomontes99 replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Yeah. The world has been studying the problem that has really exploded in the last few years. Makes total sense. I'm all for expanding the research into why autism and down syndrome are accelerating. That's a good thing to do. I personally think that IUI and IVF are going to have a big role. Those procedures are letting older and older women get pregnant. We know age of the mother is a huge factor in autism. But who knows, maybe microplastics are a factor. Maybe it's obesity. It could be just about anything really. Let's drop expectations and assumptions and just get an answer. -
I love how angry libs can get over unknown information reported by an unknown source. It's literally "someone told us Pete said some things in a group chat." It's pathetic. Whatever. Get all angry over this and ignore the fact that Democrats are spending more tax dollars and political capital dealing with a proven MS13 gang member that was here illegally and was ordered to leave, than any of their own constituents...any AMERICANS. They couldn't be bothered to stand or clap for girls raped and murdered or a terminally ill boy, but they are appaplectic that a man that is a known wife beater, illegal alien, and gang banger got deported to his home country because a judge bought the b.s. claim that he was in danger from a rival gang.
