Inflation has largely settled down but once prices go up they generally don't go down, so it becomes the new normal. Some things that might help with housing and grocery prices are things like kicking out all the illegals Biden let in. See its simple supply and demand illegals use resources just like everyone else and that includes groceries, medical care and housing and adding 5% to the population of the US in 4 years is going have effects on prices.
