The Russian economy is in complete collapse, due to the War in Ukraine. It's now at the point that we are seeing in Russia can tolerate much more casualties and economic devastation. If they cannot, the War will soon come to an end. Aside from that, it will take perhaps a generation to recover from the massive amounts of Russian casualties of able bodied men.
