So if you are thinking of getting Trump off ...he'll never make it, various former con conspirators already diving off his sinking yacht at every opportunity. If you were smart, and sent any donations to Trump that you suspect didn't go to his presidential campaign but instead were used for his personal expenses, now would be the time to file a complaint to get your money back...while he still has any...there is already a move in the Court to appoint the Receiver to dissolve his assets, companies, properties, bank accounts, and any items of significant value purchased with said funds...

The fact that Trump ignored the letter and he and his son Eric continued to use Donald Trump's figures instead in these bank loans and real estate valuations he used to obtain money is what the Court is speaking about.

I still prefer getting out as many people as I can, civilians and friendly military and our own* (* first) over any equipment, equipment can be replaced and in fact a large amount of Americas military equipment makers see their bottom line go up after we leave , they know it will be replaced by their current and future advanced war materiel. We always leave our stuff behind, ever since WWI I think in the hopes that local people could repurpose it, but rarely are major pieces of equipment left and nothing really up to date. I do agree with you it would gave been nice to bring more of it? Back home to be recycled or used elsewhere but in war zones that's not always possible given time constraints and cargo space , the latter of which is often changed to people space to get out as many as possible. I wish war cargo planes had more accessible use for evacuations but the fact is, cargo wrapped in high density heat retention plastic, which cannot be done for humans ( breathing) loses some cargo space conversion. Evenso, those planes who can convert are very cold at flying altitudes and speeds so you gave to have heaters adequate for the job as well, plus adequate toilet facilities for passengers and crew which further cuts down available space. Blaming this on the POTUS presently is really just you waving another Trump flag and frankly it's getting old man. As far as the stuff that got left behind, what would you give priority to...people or cargo equipment?

Trump already tried that and got himself right in the cross hairs of one hand f the most parsimonious federal agencies ever a part of the federal government. Sworn testimony is reputed to BE the Truth by the Far Right when deposed or on the Witness Stand in Court. Are you saying they are lying on the witness stand or in their depositions after they swear on penalty of Perjury they are telling the " whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth"?

So, ongoing news about Trump v. The Georgia State Election Board, etal. , The Court judge has held off pronouncing a Judgement and instead specifically noted today that there won't be one made..until...defendants ( Trump and his fake electors and additional co conspirators) have a chance to face NEW charges in the case but specifying that Perjury has definitely been found in the current case. Perjury folks is a felony. Yet the Judge by stating he us holding off on creating an Order for Conviction on that basis for the Trump members and Trump in order to " allow said defendants their due process in a new case is very strongly saying that other charges well in excess of Perjury in the current case are being filed and he doesn't want any current case findings interfering with that new case. Wise man that Judge.

Civil Trial on the financial fraud findings , it does make interesting reading and is entirely factual, unlike that which filters down through the Faux News ...after the Spin makers have altered it.....you can read it straight from the NBC news live updates blog.....this mornings testimony was taken from Weisselberg, Trumps senior financial controller since 1973, and detailed accounting of repeated fraud , one of which was how Donald J. Trump and his son Eric deliberately and repeatedly, year after year, presented financial valuations of his Trump Tower apartment that Trump actually.lived in at least some of the time that he overvalued it by 200 of 300%.... that is, its worth was no where near its actual value based on similar buildings and locations and square footage but actually just a third of it's claimed value and Trump claimed that over inflated value as collateral to back up loans he took out . . Trump stated his Trump Tower had 30,000 sq feet but Forbes sent Trump a letter in 2017 saying by actual measurement it was only 11,996 sq ft...but Trump and his son Eric signed their same fantasy valuation based on thin air apparently, continuing to value it as if it was 30,000 sq ft, and knowing it wasn't yet continued to claim it was to delude a bank into giving him more money...it us this money Trump claims as part of his " millions and millions" of self monetaryvworth...in other words...fantasy and a " persistent" fraud perpetrated by Donald Trump and his adult sons. In the testimony Weisselberg can be heard trying to weasel his way out of any responsibility saying he would just draw up the papers as directed by either Donald J. Trump or his son Eric , then THEY would sign off and then Weisselberg would just send them in but the state of New York's attorneys are returning his fingers to the fire with a paper trail clearly indicating Weisselberg knew what he was signing when he sent them off. ..Tomorrow the witness testimony continues by examinations of the papers Trump submitted for his loans to the Deutches bank and a bank witness testimony. Um..no...that's why we have U. S. Military on Ready Alert 24/7/365. No imagination. Only Congress thinks we are in something they call The Peacetime. Any veteran or active duty person from an Operational Unit* ( *meaning the military member is not in a non combat unit) can tell you there IS no Peacetime... Well actually it wasn't just " proposed" and didn't happen..." ( the Muslim travel ban) it DID happen, twice. Mr. Trump while POTUS put forth two Executive Orders, the first was Executive Order #13769, and that was followed by Executive Order 13780. Both banned any Muslim trying to enter the united States from Somalia, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, Iraq, Libya and Iran. These two bans led to over 50,000 Visas being revoked by President Trump and over 700 people then e route to the USA to be detained indefinitely for over three weeks and it would have been longer if the Department of Homeland Security ( set up by past President Bush Jr you will recall) hadn't ordered its agents to block it and/or ignore it for 90% of attempted entrants, the others having given up their attempts on their own before getting " detained" even though they all had legitimate business to BE here. President Trumps orders became known as the "Muslim travel ban" even among his own followers and by Trump himself, so I guess you just didn't get that memo. Maybe it was lost along with the four countries paperwork not listed in that Muslim ban...the countries where coincidentally...Trump had resort properties...Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Saudi Arabia ( you do remember him dancing the sword dance there, don't you? It was well played frequently by Trumps media friends at the time....but these bans, these Executive Orders were not just " proposed" , they happened, it's history. Just like when they were both revoked by President Biden after he took Office.

Think about it....who would gain if our most top secret war plans were knowledgeable to them? Then, remember that Trump did not return all the classified highest level of documents even when his place was raided. Some are still missing. Who has tried for over 40 years to break through Americas strategic defenses?
