Stalin was hardly jilted or surprised by Hitler, and in reality would've invaded the west at some point. Kinda like he's doing now. So this notion by Americas right that poor Russia is just trying to protect itself from western aggression by vaporizing Ukraine is poppycock.

A teacher who purchases a home in NY or especially in the borroughs or Long Island at the early part of their career will be far ahead financially of any red state teacher at retirement, despite the higher living costs. Your average NY teacher retires a wealthy person owning a home that's worth 4 times or more than what a Florida teacher will ever have.
