Here's an idea: If you're black and you haven't committed any crimes, (and you don't have drugs on you) then you will not be arrested. If you are black and you are in an area where a crime has committed and a victim (probably a black victim) says he/she was attacked by a black, it's the same thing as if you are white and the victim claims the attacker was white. Cooperate with the officer. Keep your trap shut. Keep the attitude in your pants. Do not make any sudden movements with your hands near your pockets. With zero evidence, the cop will merely rule you out as a suspect and you'll be on your way. If you have a concealed firearm on your person, give that information up front along with an OFFER to show the cop your permit. Don't just reach for your wallet. If you haven't fired your pistol that day, there will be zero gunshot residue on your hands.
