  1. Yes, it appears I was wrong about a direct attack on a Russian base. Does that change anything? Not really. As to the article... "However, that conclusion is different from saying that there were no provocations, as far too many policymakers and pundits in the West are doing now. It has become especially fashionable in such circles to insist that NATO's expansion to Russia's border was in no way responsible for the current Ukraine crisis. Many dismiss all arguments to the contrary as "echoing Putin's talking points," "siding with Putin," or circulating Russian propaganda and "disinformation." Leaving aside the ugly miasma of McCarthyism enveloping such allegations, the underlying argument is factually wrong. Russian leaders and several Western policy experts were warning more than two decades ago that NATO expansion would turn out badly—ending in a new cold war with Russia at best, and a hot one at worst. Obviously, they were not "echoing" Putin or anyone else. George Kennan, the intellectual architect of America's containment policy during the Cold War, perceptively warned in a May 2, 1998 New York Times interview what NATO's move eastward would set in motion. "I think it is the beginning of a new cold war," he stated. "I think the Russians will gradually react quite adversely and it will affect their policies. I think it is a tragic mistake."" And, as it turns out, it was a tragic mistake. Just ask all the widows and mother's of dead Ukrainian soldiers.
  2. I dont flag-waive when my country is doing stupid shit. That's called being realistic. If you wanna squabble, do it with robo-dweeb or HoeDaddy. The fact is, this "war" was a big mistake and may well cause the Republicans to lose both houses in November. Try the whole article.
  3. Yes. So you keep saying. Yet... https://www.newsweek.com/us-nato-helped-trigger-ukraine-war-its-not-siding-putin-admit-it-opinion-1685554 Nothing erases history.

  6. No he hasn't been wrong. In fact, when this ends, he'll be proven correct. So will I...BTW...
  7. Yup. Like flogging a dead horse. But good on him for the border thing.
  8. Hey...great news! With the new PM in Hungary, EU funds will flow to The Green T-Shirt's bank account again. Whoopie. This war is laughable now. The Ukrainians are using only drones now in some places apparently. But...I'm sure you'll snatch victory from defeat somehow.
  9. Toronto votes Liberal. Big surprise.
  10. Lol...ya Ukraine is doing so well...
  11. No did your's? Do you know who your daddy even is?
  12. Then I guess we'll have to wait and see. MacGregor is usually proven correct.
  13. The clips speak for themselves. What's wrong with you? All that happened last night.
  14. "Douglas Abbott Macgregor is a retired colonel in the United States Army, former government official, author, consultant, and political commentator. An Armor Branch officer by background, Macgregor was a leader in an early tank battle in the Gulf War and was a top planner in the 1999 NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. His 1997 book Breaking the Phalanx argued for radical reforms inside the United States Army. After retiring from the military in 2004, Macgregor became more politically active. In 2020, president Donald Trump proposed him as the U.S. ambassador to Germany, but the U.S. Senate blocked the nomination. On November 11, 2020, a Pentagon spokesperson announced that Macgregor had been hired to serve as senior advisor to the acting secretary of defense, a post he held for less than three months. Trump also appointed him to the board of the U.S. Military Academy, but the appointment was terminated by president Joe Biden in 2021" Ya..."some guy"...
  15. Turkish made missiles shot from Iranian positions. interesting eh? Fired from inside Syria and Iraq, he said.
  16. Fine. Weak minded hypocritical sub-human filth.
  17. Turkey didn't fire the missiles. They gave or sold them to Iran who fired them. Russia had nothing to do with it. Keep up.
  18. Hmmm... You Libbies are such hypocrites. Make y'all feel good to gang up on a female reporter? Fckin' despicable sub-human filth.
  19. My word but you're a plank. Understand this. You will never see an unrelated release of these files. Not because of Trump, but because of all the other powerful people named.
