  1. I'm confused. What exactly are you suggesting? That Arizona should have objected? Shouldn't have? Did? Didn't? In spite of being Republican? Because the state congress is Republican? Spell it out so I can agree or disagree with you based on this: Invoked Article 2, Section 1 Of The United States Constitution–Arizona Now Contested And if that's unclear try this one: https://thespectator.info/2020/12/08/rep-daniel-mccarthy-announces-arizona-legislators-invoked-article-2-section-1/
  2. If anybody's curious though here's the end of the first wave: Here's the end of another one on August 1: So if really want to run and tell the king the sky is falling because there was a three day, fall to winter peak shortly after thanksgiving we maybe need to wait longer than a week before we start preaching full lockdown.
  3. Nice clip job. Cause we don't need to see that nasty first wave, right?
  4. And again, because of the way American stats are figured, we have to factor in Flu season and other fall/winter co-morbidities.
  5. More exactly and from the peak: 2.926 2,738 2,266 1,089 1,554 You've got 2 more days to show me what you're talking about.
  6. There are never-trump republicans. There are Republicans with connections to the Chinese, to wall street or even to democrats. I've heard Republican secretary of state, Ratsinburger accused of being connected to Democrat vote fixer Stacey Abrahams. Mitt Romney voted to have Trump impeached. The pretend Republicans of The Lincoln Project actively campaigned against Trump. I've heard you claim to be right wing and I have no problem believing if you were in a state congress you would have voted for these anti-trump, non-constitutional voting rule changes.
  7. No. But as you know Progs can't meme. So generally when they post one of their unfunny, witless attempts I post a funny or witty one in reply. Here at MLW, a mod generally appears at that point and tells me not to do that. Kinda irritating.
  8. As I understand it use of memes as a compliment to a posted, thought-out opinion is permissible, but just flopping one down is not. Is that correct or not?
  9. This sucks, mods. Moderate equally. Stop him or allow me to unleash the Kraken of counter-memes. I'd prefer the latter.
  10. I don't know. I think, Ted Cruz was involved with 9 successful challenges in the supreme court as a constitutional lawyer. Progressive "fact checkers" will tell you he was only lead on 2 of those but doesn't matter, he appears to have the Midas touch when he gets involved and he wants to risk his record by getting involved.
  11. To quote Joe, the Fraud King, "C'mon man." If Beave can do that above, give me right of reply, mods. I promise you I've got the memes to do it.
  12. You're not? Because I wouldn't even have thought of that. But you did.
  13. To be fair, some of the dead ones might have been at one time.
  14. Pretty desperate Beave. Hey, I'm going to show you something that just happened. You're going to like this even less. I expect to see some real desperate demagoguery from you and the blue crew on this one. The real plan is starting to come together. BREAKING: Ted Cruz to argue the Pennsylvania election case before the Supreme Court *Crossing Fingers* Let it happen. Please let it happen. I'll buy extra popcorn.
  15. I see. So you mean when I see the peak on December 3 of about 3000 and then 3 days later it's about a third of that I should just not believe my lying eyes. Is that it? See because I've been watching this dip happen since the 3rd. That was 4 days ago. But you predict it will go up day after tomorrow do you. I'll watch. Anybody else want to? You could be right. Let's see. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/ And there were low 300 days in October and November so I'm not sure what your point is about the same thing happening in late summer.
  16. Here's some stuff RCP missed: No, The Georgia Vote-Counting Video Was Not ‘Debunked.’ Not Even Close Investigators seize devices from Fountain Hills residence in voter data theft case Georgia lawmakers push for special session related to 2020 election Judge allows forensic investigation of voting equipment in Antrim County
  17. This link to RealClearPolitics updates you on the upcoming suits and hearings along with the evidence that may be presented there: https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2020/12/07/a_running_compendium_of_fraud_charges_in_election_2020_126261.html
  18. Sydney Powell's case being dismissed in a Georgia court was based on reasons that were primarily procedural. Here's something they forget to post from the link above: Powell, Lin Wood, the Trump Campaign and all the others fighting the election steal are facing a Catch 22. They have to bring their cases before the lower courts first. But these courts can't and don't want to decide on the cases. At times they won't look at the evidence but tell you there is none. So the litigators must go through the motions of getting their cases tried in a lower court before it can be looked at by an upper court that can actually do something.
  19. And here's a reply to all the demagoguery, clipped quotes, lack of context, irrelevant and desperate claims of 'nothing to see here' above: More later.
  20. Some of us remember the Who recommending "full lockdowns." And your best defence to that seems to be "Don't believe your lying eyes." Look, your article didn't say what you wanted it to say when you just read the title. Live with it.
  21. Pardon me then, let's be specific. The WHO does now appear to be recommending some sort of lockdowns in some sort of situations. I imagine we'll discover what those are specifically after whatever happens, happens.
  22. The deaths have plummeted since the brief peak 3 days ago. They're about 1/3 of what they were on that peak day. And we don't know how much flu and pneumonia seasons were responsible there. There doesn't seem to be a lot of curiosity about how flu might affect stats on thanksgiving. Here's an interesting one though: Inquiring professor asks: How was Thanksgiving spent during Spanish flu? Apparently there were heavy restrictions in some cities.
  23. I don't think there's any evidence to support any part of that. There are many reasons stats may differ by region. They wear masks and Social Distance in America too. Even in the Mid West. If you're talking about the rallies we have rallies against lockdowns here in Canada too.
  24. Last we heard the Who now recommends some sort of lockdowns in some sort of situations. Perhaps we'll get more detail later on what those are. At one time though there was no ambiguity as to what they were talking about. It was full lockdowns.
