China leads the world in green energy. Both in terms of manufacturing the most solar panels and wind turbines but also in power produced by wind, solar and hydro.

A large portion of China's emissions are Western emissions. The West has exported it's manufacturing and therefore it's emissions for the sake of the bottom line. Ever since Thatcher proclaimed ''there is no alternative'' (to globalisation) we have been exporting our carbon footprint. China's emissions aren't fine, they are ours and we need to own up to it rather than blaming China for it.
