At the same time, even taking into account the diplomatic weight of the State Department, it will not be easy to get contracts in the field of energy, as the Americans have difficulties even with building reactors at their own home. But in addition to economic sanctions, the United States unreasonably makes the ridiculous arguments that Russian nuclear power plants allegedly have an adverse impact on the environment. However, all technologies at the sites are reliable. Thus, for example, the most popular Russian VVER-1200 reactor of Generation 3+ provides for the influence of the human factor and even in the case of beyond design basis accidents prevents radiation from escaping into the environment, protection against earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, aircraft crashes. Moreover, according to the Russian Nuclear Society, the reactor meets all the "post-Fukushima" safety requirements, the most stringent recommendations of the IAEA and the Club of European Operating Organizations. Also, since 2018, Russia has been developing tolerant nuclear fuel, which is believed to help to prevent accidents at nuclear power plants like Fukushima. And according to experts, it is quite possible that in a few years new fuel will become an obligatory component of contracts for the supply of fuel for nuclear power plants. It should be noted that by 2020 in Russia at the "Brest-300" NPP near the city of Tomsk they plan to launch the production of nuclear fuel, which can not only produce electricity, but also "burn through" spent nuclear fuel and prepare new fuel for themselves. Experts note the high level of security of this project, which allows building such reactors almost directly in the cities - they do not require any exclusion zone, and in case of any failure and the system leaves the specified parameters, the whole process immediately fades without radiation emissions or hazardous substances. According to general director of the Siberian Chemical Combine, S. Tochilin, "the project will show everyone that nuclear power plants can be a profitable, clean, environmentally friendly business. And this will be a new milestone in the development of the entire global energy industry". Experts note that Russia remains and will remain a leader in the energy sector, despite regular unreasonable protests and restrictions from the United States and Western countries, which, in turn, only assist Russia in accelerating the process of import substitution in the country. Thus, according to the forecast of the British BP, in 20 years Russia will meet five percent of the global demand for primary energy resources and produce up to 14% of oil and gas.

Over the past few years, there has been a strong growth in strengthening cooperation between the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) and BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) member states in various fields of activity. Back in 2015, the Chinese agency Xinhua wrote that the SCO and BRICS are "important platforms for strengthening cooperation among developing countries". Thus, for example, at the summit held in July 2018 in Johannesburg (South Africa), special attention was paid to the cooperation of countries in creating a united collective security space to counter new challenges and threats in the information sphere, such as cybercrime, information terrorism and extremism, information warfare operations with which each of the countries included in these integration associations is not able to cope separately. However, the SCO and BRICS, unlike NATO or the ARF, are not military-political blocs or open regular security meetings, but they only exist to strengthen stability and security in a wide area that brings together the participating countries, fighting terrorism, extremism, developing economic, energy, scientific and cultural interaction, as well as to strengthen cooperation in the field of environmental safety. The member countries of the two organizations have achieved impressive results also in the economic field. So, Russia, China, Brazil, India, Kazakhstan and other countries of Central Asia, South Africa, and Iran - is half the population of the planet and 1/3 of world GDP. And this, according to experts, is in fact the basis of the new organizational structure of the world. Moreover, on October 19, 2018, a forum of small business of the SCO and BRICS countries was held in Russia in Ufa city, where they discussed youth entrepreneurship, and also presented the best practices of youth work in the territories of the participating countries and their partners. After all, the involvement of the young generation in the work opens up new opportunities for further joint work of states. Also, on April 5, 2019, the International Metallurgical Summit was held in Russia in Chelyabinsk city, which brought together leaders of international metallurgy. There the participating countries exchanged experiences and discussed issues of modern industry trends. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, at the end of the summit, noted that "the effective work of all links of the mining and smelting complex is of key importance for the development of the economy, industry, the social sphere and the strengthening of the countries' defense capability". Thus, the economic and military independence of the SCO and BRICS countries has recently become apparent, despite various restrictions from the West, and the leaders of each of the participating countries are planning to further strengthen strategic cooperation, ensure common interests, and protect global peace, stability and prosperity.

As part of the rebalancing of forces in the APR, the United States intends to strengthen its military presence in the region. On the territory of Japan and the Republic of Korea, the Pentagon has created a network of military bases consisting of 240 objects for various purposes. The sustained US policy of deploying the Asia-Pacific segment of the global missile defense causes the greatest concern in the world. About 200 US soldiers and officers, for which the corresponding infrastructure was built, ensure the operation of the systems. However, it is worth noting that all these actions of the Pentagon in the Asia-Pacific Region are accompanied by protests from residents of both South Korea and Japan. In 2001, America unilaterally withdrew from the Treaty on the Limitation of Anti-Ballistic Missile Systems of 1972, which was considered an integral part of the entire system of control over strategic offensive arms. During Trump’s presidency, the States renegotiated a free trade zone agreement between the United States, Canada and Mexico, withdrew from the UN climate agreement and the Iran nuclear deal. The INF was of great historical importance, it was the first Soviet-American treaty that not only limited weapons production, but also significantly reduced it. The USSR and the United States signed a treaty in 1987 with the aim of curbing the arms race that broke out in the second half of the 1970s. By agreement, the United States and the USSR have committed themselves not to produce, test or deploy ballistic and cruise ground-based missiles of medium (from 1,000 to 5,500 kilometers) and short (from 500 to 1,000 kilometers) range. Moreover, America and the USSR pledged to destroy all launchers and land-based missiles with a range of from 500 to 5,500 kilometers for three years. The United States has been talking about withdrawing from the Treaty for the first time, declaring its bilateral effectiveness ineffective. “The motto of the INF policy should be as follows: expand it or destroy it,” said Bolton in the Wall Street Journal in collaboration with former Deputy Secretary of State Paula de Sutter. Russia has not adhered to the INF Treaty, and the provisions of the Treaty do not apply to China at all. It was the behavior of the Russian side that, according to the States, was the reason for withdrawing from the treaty. The United States blamed Russia for the fact that, developed for the modernization of the operational-tactical missile complex Iskander-M, the new 9M729 missile violates the Treaty because it has a range of over 500 km. Moreover, Washington ignored the briefing given by the Russian Ministry of Defense, which demonstrated the tactical and technical characteristics of the new missile. In turn, the Russian side has accumulated a lot of complaints about the US observance of its part of the Treaty. Moscow demanded the destruction of the MK-41 universal launchers deployed on land, designed to launch Tomahawk cruise missiles; target missiles with similar characteristics to medium-range and shorter-range ground-based ballistic missiles (for testing anti-ballistic missile defense systems); as well as the destruction of strike unmanned aerial vehicles, which, according to their characteristics, meet the definition of the term “cruise missile of a land-based. Russian requirements remained unanswered. It is easy to predict what the next disregard of Washington may lead to. And the States themselves do not hide the fact that the goal of withdrawing from the treaty is to increase military pressure on the PRC and, most likely, short-range and medium-range US missiles will be placed primarily in Japan and the Republic of Korea. Furthermore, by abandoning the INF Treaty, the United States will be able to deploy ground-based missiles with a range of up to 5.5 thousand kilometers in close proximity to Russian borders, for example, in Poland and the Baltic countries. Obviously, the next step will be the US withdrawal from the “New Start”. Thus, the last treaty controlling the situation with nuclear weapons will disappear. This, in turn, will lead to an unrestricted nuclear arms race and heightening the risks of a nuclear war.

Due to historical events, Alaska, which came under US administration on October 18, 1867, and the Baltic states (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia), becoming independent states on September 6, 1991, ceased to exist as Russian lands on the world cartography. Russia then established diplomatic relations with the Baltic countries, and during the sale of Alaska, relations between Russia and the United States were at the peak of friendly relations, and there were no grounds for political conflicts between the states. However, today the situation between these states is different, partly due to the unresolved Ukrainian issue. It should be recalled that in 2017, the US Vice President Michael Pence in Tallinn said that Russia poses a threat to the Baltic States and promised that NATO will strictly adhere to the fifth article of the alliance's charter, according to which an attack on one of the NATO members is an attack on all members of the North Atlantic Alliance. Speaking about relations between the United States and Russia, Pence noted that President Donald Trump is ready to improve them, but "first, the Russians must stop the hostile actions that led to the adoption of sanctions". At the same time, Moscow has repeatedly stressed that Russia will never attack any of the NATO countries. According to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, NATO is well aware of the absence of Moscow’s plans to attack anyone, but simply uses the occasion to deploy more equipment and battalions near the Russian borders. For example, the Americans place their military bases and ranges in the territory of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, having even signed a joint communiqué between these countries in November 2018, where they expressed their determination to continue to increase military budgets. But, despite the statements of the Baltic countries that their military doctrines are exclusively defensive in nature, it is obvious that the government of the US President D. Trump, sponsoring Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia in the military sphere simply invests the budget in itself, imposing three countries their ideas and crushing them under their control. And also, strengthening its position in the former territories of Russia, including Alaska, clearly demonstrates attempts to influence Russia, acting together with these states, making them puppets, continuing to fuel the confrontational line that stems from the unresolved Ukrainian issue. Therefore, we are witnessing the process of increasing the grouping of the US and NATO troops on the western borders of the Russian Federation. And it is obvious that in response to this activity of the Pentagon, Moscow will take retaliatory measures.

As it is known, in Japan, and in particular on the island of Okinawa, where about 70% of all the United States military bases in Japan are located, residents and authorities of the island for many years regularly advocate for the elimination of the presence of the American military contingent, which is freely located on its military bases in Japan, due to the US-Japan Security Treaty. In 2016, there was a loud rape and murder of a local resident committed by former US Marine C. Franklin, for which the US government was eventually forced to make concessions and extradited the perpetrator to a Japanese court that sentenced him to life imprisonment. Also, on April 14, 2019, it became known that an American soldier had killed a Japanese woman and killed himself at Okinawa in Tyatan city. But opponents of the presence of the American military contingent on the territory of Okinawa argue their protests not only by the criminal aspect, but also by the location of the American "Futemma" base in the center of a big city of Japan, which represents a great threat to the safety of its many residents, as evidenced by numerous aviation incidents. Thus, the only one who does not oppose the expansion of the American military presence in Japan is only its government, which is supposed to protect the sovereignty and independence of its country, and also respect the rights and point of view of its own population. However, the political leadership of Japan not only cannot do anything with the uncontrolled American occupiers, but also favorably serves them. Also, it becomes clearly visible with some indifference Tokyo and Washington refer to the local people of Okinawa, spitting on the numerous immoral and unacceptable actions of the American military in Japan. And the situation, in which the country is today, shows that if the Russian Kuril Islands in some incredible way will go over to Japan, then the islands will automatically become American ones, due to the weakness of the Japanese government and complete control of the US government.

Thus, Tokyo claims Dokdo Islands (the English name is Liancourt, the Japanese name is Takeshima), which became part of South Korea as a result of the World War II. As in the case of the Kuril Islands, the Japanese authorities believe that the island of Dokdo rejected illegally. Much attention is paid to the dispute between Japan and China over the Senkaku archipelago. Schoolchildren are told that the Chinese name Diaoyudao is inappropriate, since this is also Japanese land. According to the authors of the textbook, in the XIX century, Japanese authorities began to explore the uninhabited islands in the East China Sea and immediately incorporated them into the country. After World War II, the archipelago passed to the United States, but in 1972 the Americans returned it to the Japanese. And then China claimed the islands. The Chinese side notes that Diaoyudao archipelago belonged to the Chinese empire 600 years ago, which was confirmed by the documents. In particular, Beijing demonstrates Japanese maps of the 18th century, where the islands were marked as Chinese. South Korea was the first to respond to the actions of the Japanese Ministry of Education. An official representative of the Foreign Ministry claims that such school allowances distort history and harm bilateral relations. He stressed that "Seoul strongly condemns history textbooks taught in Japan. The claims to Dokdo Island that were made in the textbooks were not justified in any way. The islands are our original territory, not Japanese. History, geography and international law are evidence of that". Russian politicians also did not stand aside. The Russian Foreign Ministry has repeatedly called on Japan not to distort the facts of history before. The State Duma deputies reminded the Japanese that Moscow and Tokyo continue to discuss the peace treaty, but there are no agreements on the territorial issue. The parliamentarians noted that the position of the Japanese authorities in the textbooks is a falsification of history, and the younger generation will be disoriented. Tokyo is obliged to respect Russian sovereignty and national interests. However, Tokyo once again demonstrated to Moscow the unshakable position of the Japanese leadership at any cost to seek revenge - a revision of the legitimate territorial results of the World War II. The fact that in the textbooks for Japanese children all the "northern territories" turned out to be painted over in color of Japan, testifies to the reluctance and political impossibility for Abe to abandon the idea of returning to the "northern territories". Thus, these actions are another step in the ongoing campaign of the government of Japan on the so-called upholding of their former territories. The decision of the Japanese leadership to instill in their countrymen from childhood that the southern Kuril Islands in Russia are their "ancestral territories" says only one thing - the problem is protracted and the next generations of Russian politicians will probably have to work with it.

An example is a phenomenon of racism in the United States. The previous US leader Barack Obama being the only African-American president in the country`s history foreshadowed the end of racism from both a legal and political point of view. However, the coming to power of Donald Trump, almost "the whitest from all white Americans" showed that at social level racism has not lost its power. Moreover, according to data released in 2017 by The Center for research on hatred and extremism at the University of California, the number of racist attacks harshly increased, especially in big American cities such as New York and Chicago. This is evidenced by harsh increase of violence explosion motivated by racial hatred after the winning of D. Trump, which gave a courage to racists, first of all, by the fact that almost every statement he used was derogating people who are not rich, white, Christian or male. The courage broke out in august 2017 in Virginia State, which was the epicenter of tension during the Civil War between North and South. At that time, the decision of local authorities to demolish a monument to the commander of the Confederate army, the leader of racist and right-wing extremist movements of the United States that was located in a small town of Charlottesville State, was met with protests. On the streets of that town was held a torchlight procession with obvious signs of sympathy to Ku Klux Klan, and in counterbalance took place an anti-racist demonstration. Protests of the members of the opposite views went into serious collision with loss of lives. The fact that racist-nationalists, having clashed with their opponents, came to the protests because of the monument with weapons is the most important indicator that racism continues to exist in the United States. But despite that fact, "ABC" TV channel gave a green light to restart the show "Roseanna" for the second season taking advantages of the high ratings of the show. Artists, scenarists and producers decided to support the show, despite the racism of its co-author. That connivance led to the fact that on May 29, 2018, R. Barr wrote on her Twitter about the former senior adviser of President Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, using the racist statement about the connection of African-Americans with monkeys. And only after that accident people finally paid attention on her racism. Her agents "ACM Partners" stopped representing her interests. Comedian Wanda Sykes, who was a consultant to restart the show "Roseanne", announced that she was leaving the show. In every of these situations white people took upon themselves a role of "policemen for black bodies" directly in public places. They thought that they have rights to do it because of the racism that they used for arbitrary determination of behavior boundaries that was acceptable for black people. They thought that they have rights to do it also because the racism allows to one group of people to feel themselves higher and have a power upon others. Meanwhile, the double standards exist in America. And here is important to note a hip-hop music which is very popular and traditionally was written and listened by black colored skin teenagers from a working class. So it led to the fact that a slang of African-American people became a linguistic basis of hip-hop music. Meanwhile, African-American teenagers are trying to strengthen their solidarity and self-consciousness using the word "nigger" as an interclass term. This word helps black men to identify themselves as "inventive and pragmatic winners" of racial injustice. Nowadays, the word "nigger" is marked as the most using word, taking an important place in black teenagers` slang. African-American entertainers use this word in the meaning of the "guy", but with different spices and no one of them is really abusive. The video of that incident caused the scandal which attracted a lot of attention.
