Of course it applies to all human life, but there are exceptions for self defence or authorities maintaining law and order such a police and armed forces acting in defence of a country. I believe climate changes. It always has right through history. The problem is man-made climate change is a fraud. It has never been proven. But it is a convenient propaganda tool to con and scare the masses into paying.

The number of immigrants in any given year should definitely be tied to the volume of accommodations that will be available for them and the Canadians who are already here. I have never heard that the federal government even considers the availability of housing, apartments and condominiums when they decide how many immigrants plus the number of migrants which will be allowed in here. So how do you explain the high cost of real estate in other cities across Canada? Government red tape and regulations at all levels plus taxes, high immigration, and allowing foreigners to buy up the real estate in Vancouver (Chinese) who live in China.
