I think that the top 50-100 curative drugs in use should be part of a pharmacare program. The program should be reviewed every year or two to see which drugs are being used the most and the government should negotiate a deal for better pricing. The problem is that natural selection isn't as prevalent as it was even as recently as 100 years ago due to medical advancements and abundance of food.
