  1. I don't believe that is a very realistic assessment at all, dialamah. My guess is that the new ready "soda pop" style alcoholic beverages have increased alcohol consumption. I can easily see marijawanny made into easy to consume forms and it becoming quite popular.
  2. You could at least be honest enough to acknowledge all these realities that say the USA has been doing this in earnest since the late 1800s. To suggest that this is all my idea, that this is just me describing all this US terrorism is simply ludicrous. Talking about no connection to reality. "Prominent left-wing leaders in the bloc praised the founding of the organization as a step towards separating Latin America from the United States with Evo Morales, President of Bolivia saying "A union of Latin American countries is the weapon against imperialism. It is necessary to create a regional body that excludes the United States and Canada. ... it is the best time for prime ministers of Latin America and the Caribbean to gestate this great new organization without the United States to free our peoples in Latin America and the Caribbean."" You can't possibly think that all these peoples and countries did something like this for no reason at all. Is Evo Morales lying, is he making up stories of what these Latin Ameican countries have suffered under US colonialism, which is much better described by raping and pillaging? Do you suggest that I made up the idea that the UNGA has been condemning the USA for the last 1/4 century 198 votes to 2 [Israel and US] for its terrorism against Cuba. Canada Included! Why the hell hasn't there been Canadian, Germany, UK, Belgium, France, and 193 odd countries' sanctions against the US for all these years? Russia gets them when they fart!
  3. Talk about delusions. You don't really think that the US/CIA isn't involved, hasn't been involved in all this going back to whenever. You know better than John Stockwell, the top ex CIA who possesses the honesty, the humanity to expose all this. Come on, cannuck, really? Yeah, we know that the US has been exemplary in their behavior in Latin America, so much so that Latin American countries formed their own OAS banning the US, Canada and some equally predatory European nations. Why would they do that? Community of Latin American and Caribbean States https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community_of_Latin_American_and_Caribbean_States
  4. You obviously don't get it, cannuck. That is a lame lame excuse. It never worked for WWII war criminals except for the few who made their case that the US had done the same things, and then, instead of arresting those US war criminals, the cases were quietly dropped. Typical US hypocrisy. The solution in a just and fair world would be to have the US prosecuted for their myriad war crimes, specifically, in this case, for their decades long terrorist actions against Venezuela and Cuba and Guatemala and Vietnam and Korea and ... . How would you like to be a Korean citizen who has had generations terrorized by the USA? Or the Cambodians, Vietnamese, Chileans, ... ? What the US has done to Venezuela in the past and what it is doing today is the only thing relevant. Terrorism is an international crime, and it is the height of irony that it is largely the doing of the USA.
  5. Terrorism, in case you haven't noticed, is a major crime, one, for which the US has already been convicted, the only nation ever to have been convicted. Even if this was true, tell me how would that differ from the US raping and pillaging countries all over the world. Hawaii, Guam, the Marshall Islands, Guatemala, Cuba, Ecuador, Chile, Nicaragua, various African nations, Korea, ... . Isn't the US supposed to be the land that advances free enterprise, free markets, free and open competition. Raping and pillaging lands is none of those things. Did you miss this? https://www.counterpunch.org/2007/11/28/cia-venezuela-destabilization-memo-surfaces/ NOVEMBER 28, 2007 CIA Venezuela Destabilization Memo Surfaces by JAMES PETRAS On November 26, 2007 the Venezuelan government broadcast and circulated a confidential memo from the US embassy to the CIA which is devastatingly revealing of US clandestine operations and which will influence the referendum this Sunday, December 2, 2007. The memo sent by an embassy official, Michael Middleton Steere, was addressed to the Director of Central Intelligence, Michael Hayden. The memo was entitled ‘Advancing to the Last Phase of Operation Pincer’ and updates the activity by a CIA unit with the acronym ‘HUMINT’ (Human Intelligence) which is engaged in clandestine action to destabilize the forth-coming referendum and coordinate the civil military overthrow of the elected Chavez government.
  6. You have conveniently skipped over the part where the US/CIA has been causing all the troubles in Venezuela for decades, just as it has been doing the same thing in Chile, Cuba, Nicaragua, Guatemala, ... . You also seem to forget that it is the CHOICE of the country that owns the wealth to dispose of that wealth as they see fit. Name any country that has been stealing the wealth of the US, except for the US itself, from the Native Americans it has been committing a two plus centuries long genocide against.
  7. I'm guessing, based on Argus, that you had to be dragged, kicking and screaming, to that conclusion.
  8. Argus, quoting the US "intelligence" community whose total raison d' etre is propaganda as his favored source. You can't make this stuff up.
  9. Nice high drama touch, Betsy the Queen of drama. The USA/UK own these crimes having committed the ultimate war crimes, the invasion of a sovereign nation. [bolded is mine] Those that commit the initial supreme crime bear full responsibility for ALL the crimes that flow from that. And this only makes perfect sense for the US/UK, acting on their own self-generated lies, have caused millions of unnecessary murders, first their own, then all those that have followed in the total mess these war criminals have made.
  10. Talk about drama, Betsy. Are you a Christian? You certainly are a stunning hypocrite!
  11. The first three have US terrorism being committed against them by the USA, a country which has a long record of committing atrocities and blaming it on others. When the US starts the terror going and funds various groups to perform these terrorist acts, this is what happens.
  12. You have completely ignored the fact that the US is committing terrorist acts against Venezuela, just as it has committed terrorist acts against Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, ... .
  13. That's largely correct. A million in Indonesia by the USA supported military. Three million slaughtered by the US in Vietnam, generations left with the legacy of US Agent Orange. A million in Cambodia by direct US carpet bombing, then two million by the US caused PolPot and the Khmer Rouge. A million in Laos caused by the USA. Three million in Korea, again by US saturation bombing, aimed at civilians; now that's really saving the oppressed. The list goes on and on, Betsy, to the tune of tens of millions by the loving caring Americans who never care how many they slaughter. The US never does democracy. It's too easy for people not to like the US raping and pillaging their lands. Democracy simply does not work for the US, just as it never worked for the UK, France, ... .
  14. You have as much trouble facing reality as Goddess, Betsy. The following describes US terrorism, how it always works, how it has always worked. Will you thrill to the further slaughter of innocents by the USA, just as you thrill to the past slaughter of innocents? There really isn't much greater evil than that. ================= The Opposition With strong financial backing from the US Embassy ($8 million dollars in propaganda alone according to the Embassy memo) and the business elite and ‘free time’ by the right-wing media, the Right has organized a majority of the upper middle class students from the private universities, backed by the Catholic Church hierarchy, large swaths of the affluent middle class neighborhoods, entire sectors of the commercial, real estate and financial middle classes and apparently sectors of the military, especially officials in the National Guard. While the Right has control over the major private media, public television and radio back the constitutional reforms. While the Right has its followers among some generals and the National Guard, Chavez has the backing of the paratroops and legions of middle-rank officers and most other generals. Ibid.
  15. I knew it was possible for you, Goddess, to offer support for people who fully support, express great love, for people who behead innocents, slash women's breasts off, skin people alive, offer bounties for the heads and scalps of innocents, carpet bomb people, participate in war crimes, support planned US genocides, all the various and sundry evils committed by the US over its two centuries of carnage. How low is a person who constantly expresses the greatest of admiration for war criminals/terrorists who will plan the murders of millions of people? Venezuela will be no different.
  16. I didn't insult your mother, I simply described how she doesn't have to suffer having raised a self-admitted monster. One who isn't able to face up to the evil realities he/she wholly embraces.
  17. She doesn't need to suffer that she raised a monster, a person who heartily embraces the deepest of evil.
  18. She signed away the lives of the Chagos Islanders with not the slightest sense of humanity. Evil, evil evil. 'Stealing A Nation' (2004) is an extraordinary film about the plight of the Chagos Islands, whose indigenous population was secretly and brutally expelled by British Governments in the late 1960s and early 1970s to make way for an American military base. The tragedy, which falls within the remit of the International Criminal Court as "a crime against humanity", is told by Islanders who were dumped in the slums of Mauritius and by British officials who left behind a damning trail of Foreign Office documents. Before the Americans came, more than 2,000 people lived on the islands in the Indian Ocean, many with roots back to the late 18th century. There were thriving villages, a school, a hospital, a church, a railway and an undisturbed way of life. The islands were, and still are, a British crown colony. In the 1960s, the government of Harold Wilson struck a secret deal with the United States to hand over the main island of Diego Garcia. The Americans demanded that the surrounding islands be "swept" and "sanitized". Unknown to Parliament and to the US Congress and in breach of the United Nations Charter, the British Government plotted with Washington to expel the entire population. http://johnpilger.com/videos/stealing-a-nation
  19. Is it imperative that US navy "officers" always act in a totally juvenile and delusional manner? Of course nothing can save them, they have been in the sights of the most evil entity ever created by mankind, and I use that word advisedly, the USA. And you are so proud to be part of it all.
  20. I see you learned some US propaganda in your long US war criminal supporting career. What a terrible waste of a life, supporting such deep, abiding evil. And you ignored how the US is always up to its eyeballs in terrorism.
  21. Way ass backwards, Topaz. The US has been doing much more than threatening Cuba since the 1960s. It has had active genocidal policies in place.
  22. That's why you are so enamored by US evil, you were/are part and parcel of it. How many war criminal actions/illegal invasions did you participate in?
  23. Why are you so typically juvenile in your responses? This describes the standard evil behavior of the USA. Note how the US media will seize on these US artificially created shortages and use them in US relentless chock full of lies propaganda. John Stockwell, see below, though he is describing the fact situation for Nicaragua, the same things are done by the CIA/US government in every one of their terrorist actions against poor countries that they desire to rape and pillage. To destabilize Nicaragua beginning in 1981, we began funding this force of Somoza's ex-national guardsmen, calling them the contras (the counter-revolutionaries). We created this force, it did not exist until we allocated money. We've armed them, put uniforms on their backs, boots on their feet, given them camps in Honduras to live in, medical supplies, doctors, training, leadership, direction, as we've sent them in to de-stabilize Nicaragua. Under our direction they have systematically been blowing up graineries, saw mills, bridges, government offices, schools, health centers. They ambush trucks so the produce can't get to market. They raid farms and villages. The farmer has to carry a gun while he tries to plow, if he can plow at all. If you want one example of hard proof of the CIA's involvement in this, and their approach to it, dig up `The Sabotage Manual', that they were circulating throughout Nicaragua, a comic-book type of a paper, with visual explanations of what you can do to bring a society to a halt, how you can gum up typewriters, what you can pour in a gas tank to burn up engines, what you can stuff in a sewage to stop up the sewage so it won't work, things you can do to make a society simply cease to function. http://www.thirdworldtraveler.com/Stockwell/StockwellCIA87_2.html
  24. Those are always the kind of people who sell out their country, who align themselves with the depraved war criminals/terrorist Americans that are your warmly embraced reality? They aren't refugees, they are the evil people that have always been willing to cling to US government gangsters. Why do you cling to a reality that is so deeply evil? Does your mother approve of your evil?
  25. See CIA involvement in Venezuela.
