A new "69 story" tower opened in Vancouver today, but true to it's namesake it was a fake claim as it was only 63 stories tall. There is no 13'th floor, nor any floor ending in a '4'.

I assume the ceilings are gilt with fake gold veneer and the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top.
