Micro aggression is micro management, and probably a mental disorder.

Maybe it's our lives that are not challenging enough, without difficulty. We are so soft. It's like we're a bunch of big wet noddles. Go join the Military and grow a back bone, for gods sake! It's like I'm living with a bunch of spineless little kittens I sure hope we never get invaded. I can picture the slaughter now. In a global fist fight, I can see North America being completely humiliated. Micro aggression..... I'm humiliated this is even discussed as something relevant. Anyone who has a problem with micro aggression should get a old fashioned face kicking, And then let me know about micro aggression. Think about it. Let's deal with elimination of direct aggression like physical attacks. Anything after that is ridiculous.

Are you saying they like to dish it out, but don't like to take it?

It's nice to live a little and enjoy a good laugh occasionally, even if it's generated from a forum.

what are you saying? That they are very sensitive?
-
This is the natural progression in our obsession with equality and fairness. And once we accomplish this the next step gets even more ridiculous.

Lost of accountability, as your boss is elected from the workers he will be quickly replaced if he asks for anything like hard work and efficient quality production. You have reversed the power of holding someone accountable and given it to the workers. Workplace quality will rise, but production & quality will fall. It's best if you can achieve a balance of both.

That's if they are piss drunk.

Does the CPC's new attack ad violate C-51?
Freddy replied to cybercoma's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Socialist party looking silly making idiotic statements in hope to gain political momentum. Then all the socialist showed up and started making even more idiotic statements that had no direct link with the thread. And then the conservatives showed up to laugh at the silly idiotic statements. Then all the socialist realized how silly they looked and stopped posting. That summarizes this threads progress. My guess is this thread has run its course and is done. It's basically the same thing then what is happening in question period in parliament. -

When you compare it to Canada,in Brazil you can grow anything anywhere at anytime. -
All fuel pumps around here contain the message. "May contain 10% ethanol". That was a goal set by our previous government. And that goal had been accomplished. As for subsidizing the industry. I think the 12+ years they got from government was good enough. If they couldn't figure how to turn into a profitable business after that long, to bad. The ones that figured it out are still operating today without subsidization.

I do, because I've worked in the construction industry. And yes it's a good reason why someone would oppose building a pipeline.Brain dead , pot heads aren't very accountable. -

They are still border line functional, but you can tell by the way they are all scatter-brained. -

Especially here in Canada. We have more socialist pot heads then the rest of the world. We even have one running for prime minister. What's funny is, how they don't notice how brain dead they are . -

It will be great, they can all light up a dubby in the middle of parliament and smoke up as they hang out with Trudeau. -

Yea I know, one of my Uncle has been pretending to make ethanol for 12 years living off of government grants until Harper cut him off.He would surely thank you for voting NDP or Liberal, because last time I saw him he sure missed that Mercedes he had. -

Again, spoken like a true socialist. When you own your company there is no such thing as minimum wage. Turning the organic plants into ethanol in a, efficient enough way to make money from it could take me thousands of hours before I even make 1$.Raising the minimum wage will actually hinder me from hiring anyone to help me achieve my goal. -

Spoken like a true socialist. I'm sure you'll be happy to tax the hell out of me once I succeed after thousands of hours of working for hardly nothing. -

The NDP have nothing to be proud about in this latest political move. It's just letting it's true self show. Oups -

Why don't you start planting to make it yourself and find out why no one else wants to waist their time doing it? -

Freddy replied to cybercoma's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Thanks, that's 400% more growing space then in Canada with direct sunshine with no period of cold weather...... So I estimate they have around 1200% more agricultural capacities then canada. And I think that's being modest. So why don't we do like Brazil??? Please On Guard explain why we should be able to do what Brazil is doing...... The answer is, we can't. Why? Because we are Canada, not Brazil. It's like saying, hey why don't we build a Canadian Disney world on the North Pole. The idea is completely idiotic. Unfortunately a good portion of our population has no grasp on reality. And the NDP is trying to take full advantage of that, obviously, from what this thread is indicating It's working for some of you. I see Harper laughing during question period. I think it's hilarious too. -
