This is called switch and bait! I never said that a private party has the obligation to protect any ones rights. You are the one that has,not I! Unless the charter of rights and freedom changes,it applies to all in Canada. The mall staff/security and the RCMP are in contravention of the charter. It's right there in black and white for all to see! WWWTT

Wrong again! Holy man how many people here are just taking guesses at what is written in the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms??? 2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms b. freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication. It is clearly written in black and white! What is the freekin problem with understanding this??? Once again I will reiterate that no individual can waive away any ones rights! Nothing personal MG,but there seems to be many people here that are just making stuff up as they go along, and it is in poor taste.Especially when we are talking about fundamental rights! WWWTT

Why are you being bitter? You said that when I enter someones house I lose my constitutional rights, and that simply is wrong. Why in God's name would anyone want to enter someone elses private home to simply exercise their rights is beyond me and even implying that someone would is freekin halarious! WWWTT

Yes,actually Brian Topp has informed me that there were polls conducted in Nova Scotia that clearly showed that the residents there were in favour of a modest tax hike as opposed to cuts in healthcare. WWWTT

Wrong again! If you take pictures you are breaking their rules! Their rules are not the law! If they ask you to leave and you refuse, then you are trespassing and it is up to the owner to ask for charges to be laid. If you plead not guilty then you have a right to a fair trial. If the judge preceding over this case finds you guilty, then you in fact broke the law. WWWTT

You ever work at a construction site and use the temporary washrooms? Some of them are absolutely disgusting, covered with vile, vulgur, obsene comments, graphic drawings and hate! Absolutely this should be looked into and it is a news worthy subject! WWWTT

LOL.Man that's so freekin spun its funny! Are you saying that if I'm in your house and if I want to use the washroom you may suspend my constitutional rights and not let me? And what if I said something about a hockey game or something like that and you didn't like what I said, what are you going to do? Your either a comedic genius or you know what! WWWTT

Are you saying that when you enter private property you lose your constitutional rights??? There are many reasons why someone can be taking a picture. In fact it can be argued that this kid was trying to protect someones rights by taking a picture as evidence! A freekin stupid sign over a door saying "no pictures allowed" in no way can waive away your rights! Your slipping cybercoma, what's going on with you lately? WWWTT

Does the mall have signs clearly posted that no pictures are allowed? Also does the mall have a studio that takes pictures and portraits? How about a picture booth? Or better yet, around Christmas time,do they bring in Santa having his picture being taken with children? In other words, you can't make up rules that people are not aware of and then tackle a kid to the ground, possibly causing pain and injury in an attempt to enforce a rule you just made up! The law enforcers is not above the law!The law enforcers must adhere to the law! WWWTT
