  1. No he's not correct, and neither are you. The constitution and charter apply to all! It sounds like you have an issue with how it may be enforced? WWWTT
  2. No,MG comment,as I have pointed out is not true. WWWTT
  3. From many of the comments I have read in this thread, maybe the beginning of the end has arrived! WWWTT
  4. Man that's a freekin whacked out thing to write! Man whats happened to you,you would never write something like this before??? WWWTT
  5. Well said!!! When the citizens of Canada stop defending their rights at every opportunity and accept what they are told without a whisper of protest, you will know the beginning of the end has arrived! WWWTT
  6. This is called switch and bait! I never said that a private party has the obligation to protect any ones rights. You are the one that has,not I! Unless the charter of rights and freedom changes,it applies to all in Canada. The mall staff/security and the RCMP are in contravention of the charter. It's right there in black and white for all to see! WWWTT
  7. Wrong again! Holy man how many people here are just taking guesses at what is written in the Canadian charter of rights and freedoms??? 2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms b. freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication. It is clearly written in black and white! What is the freekin problem with understanding this??? Once again I will reiterate that no individual can waive away any ones rights! Nothing personal MG,but there seems to be many people here that are just making stuff up as they go along, and it is in poor taste.Especially when we are talking about fundamental rights! WWWTT
  8. If this was my kid I would be helping him fill out the law suit against the mall and the RCMP! WWWTT
  9. Hey blueblood can you please stop refering to this individual as "dumbass" I find this to be offensive and I will report you every time you do this! Thank you WWWTT
  10. Why are you being bitter? You said that when I enter someones house I lose my constitutional rights, and that simply is wrong. Why in God's name would anyone want to enter someone elses private home to simply exercise their rights is beyond me and even implying that someone would is freekin halarious! WWWTT
  11. Ya no kidding,it's called a joke. And the joke keeps getting bigger! WWWTT
  12. Yes,actually Brian Topp has informed me that there were polls conducted in Nova Scotia that clearly showed that the residents there were in favour of a modest tax hike as opposed to cuts in healthcare. WWWTT
  13. I already did in the quote that you croped this sentence from. WWWTT
  14. I love it when posters start attacking character. The ultimate admision to defeat! WWWTT
  15. Wrong again! If you take pictures you are breaking their rules! Their rules are not the law! If they ask you to leave and you refuse, then you are trespassing and it is up to the owner to ask for charges to be laid. If you plead not guilty then you have a right to a fair trial. If the judge preceding over this case finds you guilty, then you in fact broke the law. WWWTT
  16. Ya actually what you are referring to the right to "privacy". When you open your doors to the public, for whatever reason, you lose it. That's why if you invite the police into your house you lose many the right to privacy! How about you do a little research! WWWTT
  17. You ever work at a construction site and use the temporary washrooms? Some of them are absolutely disgusting, covered with vile, vulgur, obsene comments, graphic drawings and hate! Absolutely this should be looked into and it is a news worthy subject! WWWTT
  18. LOL.Man that's so freekin spun its funny! Are you saying that if I'm in your house and if I want to use the washroom you may suspend my constitutional rights and not let me? And what if I said something about a hockey game or something like that and you didn't like what I said, what are you going to do? Your either a comedic genius or you know what! WWWTT
  19. Want to provide a link to back this up? WWWTT
  20. Are you saying that when you enter private property you lose your constitutional rights??? There are many reasons why someone can be taking a picture. In fact it can be argued that this kid was trying to protect someones rights by taking a picture as evidence! A freekin stupid sign over a door saying "no pictures allowed" in no way can waive away your rights! Your slipping cybercoma, what's going on with you lately? WWWTT
  21. You are neglecting the fact that the teen whom took the photos may have done so because of several reason. You can not cherry pick parts of Canadian law and discard other parts to suit an agenda. WWWTT
  22. Does the mall have signs clearly posted that no pictures are allowed? Also does the mall have a studio that takes pictures and portraits? How about a picture booth? Or better yet, around Christmas time,do they bring in Santa having his picture being taken with children? In other words, you can't make up rules that people are not aware of and then tackle a kid to the ground, possibly causing pain and injury in an attempt to enforce a rule you just made up! The law enforcers is not above the law!The law enforcers must adhere to the law! WWWTT
  23. Try reading the article,it was the security guards that were doing the yelling, the kid only admitted to swearing. WWWTT
