Point mostly taken, cyber. "the legislation" is C51. C51 is a response to what? No need to answer. As I have noted, mostly taken. Carry on.I never noticed the results of any voting to determine this result. Is it similar to a UN General Assembly vote? Who voted for/against the motion? Who abstained?

I agree, it is our own damn fault. And this is largely due to a profound ignorance of what is the major force causing these problems. With over 80% of all illegal invasions of other countries falling upon one country, the USA, how can silence about the main perpetrator of the world's problem be at all helpful. Many people still believe the absolutely fatuous notion that the USA is a force for good. Even when they are given volumes of information describing that, they refuse to believe it.

Snowden's actions inevitable, perhaps even necessary.

1 in 7 seemed a bit low to me, Dre. [The risk of being killed by terrorism] compares annual risk of dying in a car accident of 1 in 19,000; drowning in a bathtub at 1 in 800,000; dying in a building fire at 1 in 99,000; or being struck by lightning at 1 in 5,500,000. It has direct bearing on Tim's fatuous notion that there is any greater hypocrisy than the hypocrisy of, mostly the USA, but also the grand hypocrisy of those countries and people supporting these hypocritical war criminals and terrorists. What I mentioned above has direct bearing on the many provisions of C 51, which are being inserted to deal with a completely false narrative. A narrative that is a carbon copy of McCarthyism in all its splendiferous lies.

And not a mention of who the strong arm gangsters are that are responsible for facilitating these gigantic money grabs.

That's exactly what it is. It's all based on abysmal ignorance. Obviously you would have supported Nazi Germany if they had been our "largest trading partner". DADT, Matthew Shepard, ... . More deplorable than you defending the country that has been responsible for more than 80% of the 200+ illegal invasions since WWII, for the deaths of millions of innocents, for the countless billions the USA stole and continues to steal, ... ?

That would be the ultimate of insults, putting Snowden's visage up there with the four war criminals, those four common thieves, those four progenitors of genocide. On a piece of property promised to Native Americans by treaty, a treaty that was then broken, and the land stolen by the USA government from Native Americans. Oh the irony! -
Why do western nations whine and weep so over the loss of the small number of dead and injured they have sustained compared to the millions of poor and innocent that have been slaughtered by the USA and its supporting bands of war criminals and terrorists? All with the enthusiastic aid and support of the USA.

Most assuredly it is not science. It is you, BD, in everyone of your posts here in this thread. ---------------------- Collins dictionary: truthiness (ˈtruːθɪˌnəs ) Definitions noun (informal) (of a belief, etc) the quality of being considered to be true because of what the believer wishes or feels, regardless of the facts --------------------------- Are you really that uninformed that you aren't familiar with the noun 'truthiness' or is this just more of your truthiness? I did read it, a number of times, and I thought about it, as opposed to you. Now you explain it, IOW. Or any words except more truthiness. You haven't read the link I provided, or if you have, you certainly haven't understood the concepts.

You are hilarious. The molten metal never appeared silvery. It stayed yellow white and yellow even after falling great distances. NIST acknowledged all this. NIST even acknowledged the "white smoke" but they avoided it. Avoidance of highly pertinent issues that have direct bearing on the very issues they were charged with investigating (that's humorous in and of itself) is not science. Can you point out where in the NIST report you found this bit of truthiness? That's just more truthiness.
-
You are avoiding, in the same studious fashion as NIST, the issue under discussion. The color of the molten metal indicates temperatures beyond those from jet fuel/office contents. You agree, Michael agrees, NIST agrees, everyone agrees. NIST didn't work under the highly disceptive notions that you are desperately now including. NIST described their reasoning for the molten metal, it was proven wrong with simple science experiments that you keep insisting are beyond the "scientists" at NIST. It was not molten aluminum. It was not something that could logically or legitimately be there, following the completely unproven official conspiracy theory.
-
No, it's both true and highly relevant. NIST puts forward specious nonsense that even folks that aren't scientists know and understand. Their specious nonsense is refuted with simple scientific experiments that evidently were beyond their capabilities and all this August body can do is stonewall and lie.
