Eateries in Chinese town hold dog meat festival amid outcry

So would you be okay if the slaughter of dogs are done according to "humane" standards set for cows and pigs? -

I don't represent EcoPeace. You don't represent EcoPeace. EcoPeace represents EcoPeace. They are very clear about supporting a two-state solution in the spirit of the Arab Peace Initiative. This is what they say: EcoPeace supports the Palestinian call for UN recognition of a Palestinian state in the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital, in peaceful coexistence with the State of Israel. This is in keeping with EcoPeace's longstanding position supporting a two-state solution in the spirit of the Arab Peace Initiative, including mutual recognition of Israeli and Palestinian rights to two separate states based on the 1967 borders. As far as Water Justice is concerned EcoPeace has developed its own Water Accord and is leading a campaign under the message that "Water Justice Cannot Wait" -

I never said it's common to eat dogs in Canada. I just said that it's done and it's not illegal. Check the links by HJ and WWWTT. -

For some it's morally reprehensible to eat dogs. For some it's morally reprehensible to eat cows. -

That's a lot of typing and you failed to show how you have the same stance as EcoPeace's. You see, EcoPeace's stance is similar to most peaceful, respectable organizations. It follows international law. The Zionist stance is more "foot dragging". A stance that demonstrates how Zionists will create excuse after excuse not to follow international law and will do what they can to cover for Israel's human rights violations which they have been doing for the past 50+ years. Contrary to what Zionists try to sell themself as, they are NOT a people of peace and justice. -

Thank you for the drive-by, random, regurgitated nonsense that has been repeatedly debunked. Next time, when you press reply to a post, it makes sense that you actually reply to the post. -

No one said Israel cannot defend itself. You are not following what HJ has stated. That's your opinion. EcoPeace has never said that the Palestinians need to disarm or they have to recognize Israel as a Jewish State. They are very clear on what they stand for: This is in keeping with EcoPeace's longstanding position supporting a two-state solution in the spirit of the Arab Peace Initiative, including mutual recognition of Israeli and Palestinian rights to two separate states based on the 1967 borders. The Arab Peace Initiative, which is also EcoPeace's position, does not say anything about disarming Palestinians or accepting Israel as a "Jewish" state. So your position is different than EcoPeace's position. -
When you destroy the infrastructure, you don't understand the dynamics between different groups, and in some cases, you try to implant a system that was created for a different culture , you create chaos. That's what America (and their coalition of the obligated) did in those countries and you're a fanboy for Western created chaos.

I am assuming Argus supported invading these countries which created the type of instability where these extreme fundamentalist groups have been able to gain power. I find these war fanboys to be part of the problem. They need to be reminded of that, especially when their terrible memories are displayed when they call for more wars.

I know that it's not true. The last three times that Israel attacked Gaza, it was not due to rockets since Hamas did not fire any rockets. Here is something that you should allow to penetrate into your understanding: -

Do you have some kind of a random Zionist quote generating app? You have yet to give a straight response to any questions or comments. Israel is not in danger. Land theft and the bombardment of people is not self-protection. It's the work of a rogue state and a country with an ideology which will do what it can, including severely violating the rights of other people, in order to achieve its selfish goal. It's an ugly, out of control colonization project, which will end once the governments around the world will have no choice but to listen to the masses and cut Israel's government off, like Apartheid South African government finally was. The BDS movement is powerful and no amount of random disingenuous Zionist quotes are going to change the momentum. -
Quotes are awesome. Let's see some more quotes from the former terrorist leader, Begin: Soon after Menachem Begin and the Likud party won the Israeli election in 1977, the government's foreign policy was stated as follows: "the Jewish people have unchallengeable, eternal, historic right to the Land of Israel [including the West Bank and Gaza Strip], the inheritance of their forefathers," and pledged to build rural and urban exclusive Jewish colonies in the West Bank and Gaza Strip." (Iron Wall, p. 354-355) It's always been about "Greater Israel" and colonizing all of Palestine. The plan has always been to not allow a Palestinian State to be formed. By the way, here is some history that Golda Meir pretended it didn't exist: The area has always been called Palestine. The area was written in ancient Greek writings. It was part of the Roman empire, Byzantine and numerous others and it has always been referred to as Palestine. Up until the late 1800's, the inhabitants of the land were over 90% Muslim Arabs (who have a closer tie to the ancient Jews. Much closer than the Jews who migrated from Europe), close to 9% Christian Arabs and the rest Jews. Jews with real connection to the land. Then the mass Zionist migration and colonization project started from Europe.
-
People like you have the chutzpah to pretend Palestinians never existed, but then cheer for a colonization project where you saw European Jews, with no connection to the land, come in and push the inhabitants out. You go ahead and find a quote from some military commander no one has heard of and I will find you dozens of quotes from a former Jewish terrorist and Israeli prime minister who disagree with the myth you're trying to spread - Palestinians are real and have always been real: "Let us not ignore the truth among ourselves ... politically we are the aggressors and they defend themselves... The country is theirs, because they inhabit it, whereas we want to come here and settle down, and in their view we want to take away from them their country." -- David Ben Gurion, quoted in Simha Flapan's "Zionism and the Palestinians" pp 141-2 citing a 1938 speech.

Encouraging Developments Against Zionist Apartheid Regime!

The problem is that you can't follow a conversation. I'm not sure how your comment is a response to what was discussed. We were talking about the illegal settlements, that are outside of the country of Israel and which Canada and U.S. also agree are illegal, and the billions of dollars of welfare cheque that Israel receives that have no condition on them. -

All I am seeing from you is misinformation after misinformation, patched together in a poorly written paragraph. I would have to spend too much time to teach you about the history, the dynamics of the players and your confused question. What matters here and that you would need to understand is that Israel is receiving the largest welfare cheque from the United States. The biggest difference between Israel and the other recipients, besides the amount, is that Israel is the only country that has no condition attached to their welfare cheques. They are allowed to get away with violations of international law against the Palestinians, who have a deeper connection to Palestine and modern day Israel and have lived in the region longer than the European Jewish colonizers. -

Not really. You are wrong. It's not allowed. Even Canada, just like the rest of the world, despite its current prime minister, sees the settlements as illegal. -

The illegal settlement expansion that U.S. is officially against is one of them. Israel's constant foot dragging in dealing with international law and most recently, making it official that they will not accept a Palestinian State, which is also against U.S.' official stance. Despite Israel's constant breaking of international law and U.S. official stances, the U.S. continues to give them the welfare cheques every year. -
You seem to be too stubborn to accept that it's wrong to paint large group of people that are connected by something like a religion, with one brush stroke.

Old Wine in New Bottles - Holocaust & Anti-Zionism
marcus replied to jbg's topic in The Rest of the World
Salam. Shalom. May peace be with you. I think the Palestinians looked at the Zionists and the results of their terrorism and figured they could pull the same thing. Unfortunately for them, overall, terrorism has hurt them more than it has helped them. Because the Zionists have always been good at milking different issues for their own gain. In this instance, they played the victims of terrorism, while pretending their own roots in terrorism and their own massive atrocities against the Palestinians doesn't exist. You know, constantly asking people not to repeat the poopoo kaka. -

I hope so. But don't forget, those welfare cheques have conditions on them. If the Arab dictators don't follow what the U.S. government (see prostitutes) tell them to do, then they don't get the welfare cheques. Israel, on the other hand, continues to get away with whatever they want and they continue to receive the welfare cheques. -

Did we go too long without mentioning the U.S.? Don't worry. The U.S. will either have to stop the billions in welfare cheques to Israel or put a condition on it. The BDS movement will eventually be too strong for the prostitutes in the U.S. government to continue to turn tricks for Israel. -

Why are you constantly fighting to normalize and want people to just accept all the poo poo ka ka Israel has been doing for so long? You're fighting a losing battle. The BDS movement cannot be stopped. -

It looks like you need to be reported for not reading threads and thread names. If you had, you would see that Hudson Jones' post has everything to do with the thread and the original post. -
Thank you for the short story about Muslim extremism. Looks like you missed the thread name and the original poster's first post. You are the only one talking about Muslim extremists.
