  1. Well maple, it's not easy to catch a racist and you should know that. And Ron Paul is a practiced racist who is capable of disguising the ugly beneath a libertarian agenda. When I knew for sure that Ron Paul was had was when he tried to rip his mic off when Gloria Borgia was interviewing him. An politician innocent of the charges would just keep on a talkin', as that's what pols do. Ron Paul's best defence was trying to say that it happened a long time ago which of course doesn't wash. It's not what I have to say maple, it's how you feel about supporting a proven racist. And to boot, he's guilty by association because his spawn Rand Paul is a racist anyway. I would suggest you just overlook the problem if you still want to support Ron Paul.
  2. Well thank you Manny and I think I'm going to come to learn to love you too!
  3. No, I'm not making that accusation at all. Are you already trying to demonize me for my views? Ron Paul is the one I accuse of racism, not you. I would imagine that you support Ron Paul for his libertarian views and because you are prone to looking for easy answers to difficult questions. I would expect that when you look for easy answers you would first turn to bashing on the poor and the middleclass first. This is Ron Paul's real agenda that he's not honest enough to own up to. That is, promoting the suffering of millions in the US who are bankrupted by medical bills. Or the taking away of good sound and progressive government programs that maintain a reasonable level of living to the poor or middleclass. What really gets me about that kind of attitude is that many of the lackeys that support Ron Paul are only middleclass or poor themselves. If they were millionaires such as yourself it would all make a bit of sense!
  4. Shame on any Canadian that can't accept that words are spelled differently in the US. That's not Canadian, that's being arrogant and trying to exclude others for their insignificant and unimportant differences. After all, we are a bilingual nation and we should be proud of that fact.
  5. To be honest boges, you got it about right. Some debates are non-starters with me. If you wish to debate with me further then you are going to have to come to a position at which I would consider a debate to be somewhat worthwhile. For a Canadian to debate the pros and cons of the US system is no longer reasonable in the 21st. century in my opinion. Unless the Canadian lives in Alberta of course and then any ugly fantasy is possible.
  6. I didn't mean there was more dirt to learn about, I meant that his supporters will brush off what 'we' already know and not bother to find out if the allegations are true or not. And they are of course because Ron Paul is not consistent in his denials. He said he didn't see the material in question and then admitted that he had. But you're right that there's enough crazy in the rest of his libertarian, people hating rightwing agenda anyway. It's just that that part doesn't sink him. One would think that racism as proven would sink him but that's not taking into consideration where his supporters are coming from. Nor where they mostly live! No worry, if he gets any momentum decent non-racist people will sink him pretty quick anyway. Him and his spawn belong back in the deep south 60's.
  7. Rehabilitation. It's a difficult concept for some people but the first step is dispensing with the hate. Then it becomes much easier to understand. People and fetuses are not born evil, it's learned from living in a sick society and that society then has the responsibility of reversing the evil it has done. If that got through to you then we should talk about it further. If not then I don't think we have anything to talk about. Bear with me a little too, I'm still stinging a bit from the 'bleeding hearts' insult.
  8. It's a no brainer jbg, but I'll not bother to jump into gathering evidence right now until I find out if you are sincere or not. Too many times on forums like this I have wasted time trying to prove something to numbskulls who are totally oblivious to reality. But most of all jbg, I don't understand why anyone would doubt that the US system destroys itself with it's inane insistence of humiliating and punishing people as much as they can when the effects are telling. I guess it must have something to do with the lot of them being rabid righties who are really just haters. Also, maybe something to do with them loving fetuses and hating children of the poor and middleclass so much. Sure not something I would ever sit still and watch if Harper continues his US luvin direction.
  9. Righttttt Michael, he knew nothing at all about the whole thing even though the newsletters were produced under his name. Michael, there's a really nice bridge in Alaska that doesn't go anywhere but I can let it go at a really, really good ........ But the really bad, bad thing about all this Michael is that Ron Paul's racist dirt is going to rub off on all the people that continue to support him after learning the truth. And especially because they aren't even the least bit interested in learning more about his dirty leanings.
  10. Yeah maple leaf, he stood behind the remarks and made big money off them. And his story changed a few times too when questioned about the remarks. He's been had pal but like I say, his supporters won't care. And ya know why dont' ya! It has something to do with them approving of his racism. Like father like sonny. Rand Paul was outed ages ago. We have no place for that kind of racism in Canada ya know. Be careful what you promote. Just a friendly warning.
  11. Oh, you know bud. Why should I need to repeat all the dirt?
  12. The title of this thread is just an insult to morally responsible people who feel a social obligation toward rehabilitation of criminals rather than just breeding worse criminals. That's what the US is all about and the reason why their country is infested with hardened criminals. Also ther reason why they have many times more persons incarcerated per capita than socially responsible countries. And Canada's big fat teddy bear Stephen Harper is leading us right straight down the same path.
  13. Do you have to be a believer to post in this section or can you tell the truth?
  14. Right on squid! The 'stupid' never ceases to amaze. As for their order of craziness, no, they're not crazy. Just really angry haters who are refusing to let go of some hurt from their childhood days. They're all sky fairy believers so that should be a hint.
  15. Rick Perry for pres? But what if he goes and lets the little Ricky out to play again like he did when he was holding that bottle of maple syrup? And what about when he is called upon to use words bigger than macaroni when debating Obama?
  16. Now that Ron Paul has been outed with his racist leaning, what will happen to his candidacy now? Will his followers really even care? Probably not and that says something about them!
