Revenue Canada website...down....Statistics Canada website...down....and Phoenix pay system still plagued by problems for over one year now. Who the hell is running these systems anyway. Fire the lot and hire competent techies. Shouldn't be too hard to do.

Anyone is free to give their opinion - whether you agree with her or not! You think the Canadian government was out to deliberately screw Indians over the residential schools? The consequences from the residential schools was disastrous - and it was abusice - but yes, the intent was to do good for the Indians.
