Live From China Posted June 8, 2007 Report Posted June 8, 2007 OK, a question about lie detector tests in the US: are there any states in which the results of a lie detector test are admissible in court? Quote
bush_cheney2004 Posted June 8, 2007 Report Posted June 8, 2007 Polygraph results and expert testimony are admissible as evidence in several American states, for criminal or civil cases, depending on the case and presiding judge. New Mexico even permits live polygraph testing in front of juries under certain circumstances. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polygraph#United_States Quote Economics trumps Virtue.
Topaz Posted June 11, 2007 Report Posted June 11, 2007 The following people should be tested are. Bush, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Pearle, Rice, Rummy, Ashcroft, Jeb Bush, and the military generals who were for the war and were there when 9/11 happened!! Quote

What the hell does Jeb Bush have to do with it? Better test Chretien and Martin too...they were in on it. Quote Economics trumps Virtue.
Mad_Michael Posted June 12, 2007 Report Posted June 12, 2007 OK, a question about lie detector tests in the US: are there any states in which the results of a lie detector test are admissible in court? If there are, I wouldn't trust the Courts in that jurisdiction. Polygraph tests can be manipulated quite easily. Quote
