You're missing the point. Your whole explanation doesn't make any difference...except that they are theories or speculations on your part....with you trying to get from Point A to Point B. There is a term for this in criminal investigations (I can't recall what it is)....but investigators need to pull back when they've realized they're trying to fit everything in a box just so to produce the results that they believe. The fact still remains that this is still an allegation. That Colvin had notified certain bureaus and personnel, and that his report got documented.... is just following normal procedures! Quote
