sounds like the KKKontest of the week - not just trivia but a chance to insult the member of a minority by making smarmy accusations about his belonging to even a smaller minority

Give a transcript or a summary or a cue-counter so that people can fast-forward to the relevent parts to prove your argument.

Indeed, just because Mr. Sanford had 'acute angina' doesn''t mean he was a hermaphrodite. I, too, am suspicious of big business media, but a thousand links from certain posters here who believe in 'altenative truth' doesn't make anything they say more credible.

If you do not trust MSM, and if you reject outright, any alternative news source, then you are really not getting any good information and not even trying to. It should be more credible if you do not think the MSM is doing the job right.

I take all media with a grain of salt.

Do all the research you want. However, do not expect somebody else to re-watch all the videos that you did.

Then you will never grasp what is really happening. You might find something in the hour long program I link to in oder to prove my point. Some posteres would accuse me of cherry picking and that forces most to actually watch the whole thing to get more of the context of the story. Soon enough people will point out flaws in the video.

If you do not trust the MSM 100% and if you do not search out alternative sources of information, you are only hurting yourself. The more you know, the better choices you can make.

Now I will even point out that http://www.infowars.net has their own slant on articles. A great deal of their articles are from main stream media. Linked, referenced ect. So this alternative news source points out some hypocracy in the MSM reporting.

No. I am not telling you to filter or edit your sources. I am telling you to minimize the effort that your audience needs to witness your proof. You should still provide the entire source. I am NOT suggesting that the original source should be edited.

I do not think you understand what I am suggesting. I am a little bit surprised. Maybe I was not clear. I will try again with the following simple analogy to the old-fashioned method of referencing texts and bilbliographies: footnotes.

Have you ever written a research paper with a bibliography and footnotes?

A footnote contains a title, an author and A PAGE NUMBER among other things.

A video link without a precise time-counter is the same as referencing a text without giving a page number.

You are expecting people to read an entire book when one page reference would suffice. I am NOT suggesting that you tear out a page and hide the rest of the book.

I can not be more clear than that about my opinion.

Charles Anthony, I am getting what you are saying now. I was thinking about that today myself about footnotes in an essay or term paper ect. So in the future, that is something I will do for very long videos.
