Hello all I noticed that the thread was pulled.... wowsers

Okay to bring you up to speed..... The preliminary hearing has been canceled, I am LIVID about this. That will bring the event up to almost 2 years, if they cancel it again it will be thrown out of court, that is not fair he tried to kill me Twice.

Now how so I speed up the preliminary hearing>? How do I force it to happen sooner rather than later?

Most have forgotten that THESE RIGHT"S were AGREED to, Start Applying them in CANADA-

The thread was pulled due to some remarks made by a forum member which could be construed as a criminal act. The thread will remain unavailable while I consider whether or not it should be public again. The offending member has been suspended until further notice and we are now consulting with the authorities about whether or not this was a criminal act.

I strongly suggest you seek professionals advice from individuals who have experience in these types of issues. These forums, while valuable, cannot replace the advice of trained professionals and should not be used as a method of gathering legal advice.
