Not sure to what indulgence level you are referring to, but obviously he learned it from Canada! That along with those pesky Security Certificates that Canada invoked in 1991, 10 years before the Patriot Act.

You know what I find ironic, some of the same people drone on about the police state, and how our freedoms and civil liberties have been violated, yet they make comment's which call for vigilante justice against a democratically elected president. All of which are motivated by nothing but simple minded hatred. Now I disagree with pretty well everything Bush has done, however I'm not going to lower myself to the level of a mob.
