Charles Anthony Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 There are some members whose posts always make me laugh and cry simultaneously. Sometimes I agree with them and sometimes I disagree. However, I always enjoy their writing style. I wonder if the forum features could be customized to create a separate user's list. I would call it a "Funny List" and it would flag specific users in a similar way in which the "Ignored Users" feature does. However, it would allow starting off the forum with some comic relief by looking at the most recent Funny entries. 'Funny' is all subjective, and further, the only standouts for me are the 'funny queer'. Quote Would the Special Olympics Committee disqualify kids born with flippers from the swimming events?
ClearWest Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 What on earth are you blithering on about? 'Funny' is all subjective, and further, the only standouts for me are the 'funny queer'. "People who you want to ignore" is also subjective, depending on your likes and dislikes. I think it's a very clever idea, Charles! And I want to add my voice in support of getting something like this. Maybe it shouldn't be called a 'funny list' though. Maybe like a "Favourite Posters" list. theloniusfleabag Posted August 17, 2006 Report Posted August 17, 2006 Dear Argus, But don't you want to be alerted whenever a new Kimmy-post is available? While 'Kimmy-posts' are always great, I can simply click on her name, and 'find member's posts' if I so desire. (or I can log onto the webcam I installed in her outhouse party headquarters... j/k ) Quote Would the Special Olympics Committee disqualify kids born with flippers from the swimming events?

Argus Posted August 21, 2006 Report Posted August 21, 2006 Can you even see the line you crossed tlfb? I didn't want to say it, but I was thinking of those strange guys who plant hidden cameras in the ladies room and then joyously upload them to the internet. theloniusfleabag Posted August 22, 2006 Report Posted August 22, 2006 Actually, I was joking. I believe 'geoffrey' realized this, and zinged me with a wonderful double entendre. Well done geoffrey.
