In Canada, we used to have an opposing view.

French-speaking people. Catholics.

We no longer have that. Everyone agrees with Carney and the CBC.  Even Radio-Canada agrees with Carney.

Before the 1960s, in America, it was not clear what was "Criminal Law" or "Civil Law".

We Canadians had the the "Civil Code" and the "Common Law".
