Why Are NGOs Still Operating?

I'm thinking that there must be some obscure law that these NGOs hide behind, when they finance riots?

How else can they still be in operation? Its madness. They send all this money to people to assault law enforcement and get away with it. There must be a Soros inside the USA. One of the younger ones maybe?

Grap the snot-nosed little fck and roast the Libbie out of him! Put him away for so long, his shriveled up old man is frying in Hell before he gets out.

OP, you don't know what an NGO is. Nor what they do. Like most things, you just lash out without bothering to understand even the basics of the topic.

Gimme a break...after all the exam0les, its reasonable to say the NGOs know full well what their money is used for.

You didn't ask what they are or what they do. You asked "Why are they NGOs still operating?" And then jumped immediately to the idea that someone related to George Soros should be tortured and imprisoned... for some unfathomable reason. 

Like, it was just nonsense top to bottom. 

There are a hundred ways to learn what an NGO is. You're talking about Doctors Without Borders, The Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity--among many others.
