The NDP believes the same. The green party believes the only way to give other people's rights is to take away people's rights and the block believes the only rights that matter are correct rights and provinces other than connection lose their rights so that could that could keep its Only conservatives actually believe that taking away someone else's right is not the way to increase their own rights.
