Apparently a large number of people in the United States believe that the assassination attempts on Donald Trump have been staged, to make him look good.

This despite that the shooter and one person in the crowd was killed at Butler.

It's hard to fathom why people might believe such a conspiracy. Maybe it's to somehow reconcile the conflicting information in their heads. Or maybe it's to avoid responsibility for their inflammatory dialogue. I dunno. Thoughts? Any of you people agree with this?

A large proportion of the U.S. believe that 9/11 was a Israeli conspiracy and Elvis is alive on Mars.

UFO, moon landings, who won WWII ........etc. 😅

My question is why is Trump's security so ineffective?

Because he spends more time at his Golf Courses than actually governing and pisses off everyone on the planet when he talks?

Depends on how many closet democrats are on a given security detail.

In the first case, it was because Trump insisted on holding his rally outdoors to save money.

It is ALWAYS much more difficult to secure an outdoor venue.

In the recent case, the security did it's job and the shooter FAILED to enter the ballroom.

Oh man… amazing how you all forget the stupidity you engaged in…

Remember all the outdoor rallies in 2020 Biden was at?

we know why it was at Butler - DEI struck again when Jill Biden (yes Jill Biden for some reason) picked some stupid unqualified woman to run the Secret Service, who then surrounded President Trump with incompetent boobs and fools on his team.  That video of the SS woman deliberately hiding behind other agents when she thought there was still an active shooter, and who couldn't even figure out how to holster her gun while transporting President Trump to his SUV will forever live on as the poster girl for Democrat DEI stupidity.  If you are into conspiracy theories you could say the fix was in at Butler - the Dems wanted Trump dead but they blew their chance.  I would expect that Hillary was involved somehow lol....

Got my Halloween 🎃 costume for this year!! @SecretService #DEI

Of course there are people who think that these assassination attempts were staged.  These are the true anti-Trump lunatics among us.  Have you met any of them?  They just wallow in pure hatred, all the time.  There are garden slugs out there who are capable of more critical thinking than these nutbags.  They just can't get over it that 77 million people in the USA didn't want to take their nonsense any more, and were fed up.  They had a chance in 2016 to learn but they went the opposite way and just got crazier instead.  And now they are into full blown mental illness.

No I haven't met any of them. I'm in Canada where things are slightly less insane. For now.

Keeping in mind though that Trump was a master of ceremonies at the WWE, where anything is possible, and the crowd is all in on it, I have to ask myself,

Would I be shocked if it was?

Would I?

;)

I'm in Canada too, I wish I could say that things are "slightly less insane" but go talk to anyone over 70 in this country who watches the CBC all day - they are complete batshit crazy when it comes to Trump.  And it's all engineered to make them take their eyes off of just what a shit job our PM is doing right now, and what a shit job the Liberals have done since 2015.

Because Soros has deep pockets.

You could be onto something...  Scott Bessent, the US Treasury Secretary has a long relationship with Soros having worked for him, being a managing partner, and profiting handsomely. Jared Kushner also had ties with Soros. Interesting.... 🤔

Neither Kushner nor Bessant were in Canada last Friday to meet with our evil PM and his disgusting assistant PM Chrystia Freeland.  Instead, we had Mayor Pete, Alex Soros and the Obama (his name be praised!!) to discuss globalism and shadow governments.  Just so awful.  These globalists are truly evil, and Canada is taking it right up the poop chute right now from these guys.

There's a lot of people who are under 70 that don't watch CBC all day and still batshït crazy when it comes to Trump.  Who 'engineered' the stupid high tariffs on or auto, steel, aluminum and lumber industries, Carney or Trump?

Well I'm sure Kushner was trying to solve the Iran problem by seeing how much profit may be available to the family.  Bessent, probably don't want to know what he was doing last Friday.  How has our globalist government hurt your quality of living?

oh good grief, only someone insulated from the horrible economy we've had to endure now for over a decade could ask such a stupid question - so what are you - retired or a teacher?  Health care worker?  Government drone?  All of these people in Canada who are insulated from the consequences of their stupid voting decisions because they just don't care.

"Slightly less insane" is not assassinating a President or Prime Minister, not just once but numerous times. A long-standing American tradition...

It's also not making jokes about it openly in public, and not getting standing ovations. Not getting full media coverage about your joke on the morning show.

These are American innovations.
