They’re ideots. Waiting out America is not a good strategy. You’re wasting our time and hurting yourself. America is the only market to sell to. And before you b!tch about how unfair it is, we offered you statehood, unlimited tariff free access to the largest market! The best deal! Want to be a sovereign country, here are the terms, you’re treated like everyone else…

And America has done such a great job all Y'all are out of Jet fuel and trillion and trillions in debt. We should have known that America can no longer be trusted a long long time ago. Enjoy the collapse of your country. On purpose no less. LMAO.

I don’t even know why you would celebrate that. You do realize Canada is glued to the hip with America yeah? If we go down you go down with us. That’s the problem with Canadians, you’re a prideful lot who can’t seem to use your head. And contrary to popular Canadian sentiment, we don’t enjoy punishing you. All it does is waste our time and worse off hurting Canada’s economy. America wants Canada in the family business, you ideots!

America has proven is neither a friend nor an ally. America has Interests. And Canada has interests as well. The days of America running the world are over. America did it to themselves. Period.

What interest!? You want to be third world version of America!? That’s your plan!? America is just going to go in and buy you out for Pennies on the dollar so take your sweet time with that! I’ve never met 40 million more prideful ideots in my lifetime!

We're not the only ones Uncle Sam...   Other people from around the world either booed or walked out during a speech Lutnick was giving at a private dinner in Davos that was hosted by Larry Fink.  Apparently the inherent US arrogance was on full display with him lecturing Europe, which is so American administration to do at a dinner event.  This was the night before Trump's speech in Davos that saw people walk on during the blabber from your narcissist in chief.

I sense a pattern here of how the world views the US... or just close friends of Epstein.

Would Article 5 be invoked if the U.S. attacked Canada?

bwahahahahahahahahah

Ironically, the GOP desperately needs a left leaning tri-fecta to allow them to regain and exercise a backbone.

Let's put Kanada aside ........... on to Black brier (Cuba)

At the beginning of Trumps second tenure Susie Wiles (WH C-of-staff) was asked what Trump's greatest accomplishment will be, 'I think the country is beginning to see that he's proud to be an agent of peace'

More hilarity - just over a year ago, Donald Trump promised, "I'm not going to start wars, I'm going to stop wars'.

Feb 28th, 2026 - The U.S. carried out a pre-emptive attack on Iran, surprising regional allies, global allies, Congress and the US domestic population.

Arguably it is not a war tho, only Congress can declare war, just like Korea was not a war.

Iran is a 'excursion' ......... er, 'war'............ er,............ excursion ............... er, 'war' / Trump; any given day

The question is, when will the U.S. public become aware that they're being pi$$ed on with so many issues and told it's rainfall.

Let’s leave Iran out of this topic, it’s you Canada you’re problem number 1 for America. Welcome to the hot seat you’ve been avoiding for 30 years.

Yeah and look at the amount of tariff being levied on them. Their cheap oil access just went to zero. I don’t know what kind of leverage you think that buys Canada doing business with the Chinese. That’s how you got put on the timeout in the first place. What did you think we didn’t notice the chinesium steel and aluminum you’re transshipping into America?

There is Zero problem with Canada or any other western Country. The problem America has is it's stupidity in electing a whack job TWICE! America causes problems for everyone else and then blames everyone else. Typical Conservative. Enjoy your collapse. It's a harsh but needed lesson for the world.

Hmm. "The Problem" exists with Lutnick's skilldamimicking his Bosses in that

A - he can't keep his big mouth shut
B- the same rebellious teen attitude that you can get people to do what you want by insulting them.

The epitome of the decline in US diplomatic skills over the last 50 years or so. Insult and blame everyone else for your own f-cl ups.

Although the yuan is unlikely to replace the USD (Reserve) in the near future,  China's  strategy is to do so.

Amazing how those slants can  sit back and quietly be so strategic.

They've identified the US. Achilles heel (thank  Nixon), ......... their strategy is to become the global economy.

While the US economic footprint shrinks, the silk-belt-roads are expanding.

Regionally the bast'ds are flexing in the South China Sea  as well.

Yeah why do you think we’re choking off their energy supply. Their economy is shrinking due to demographics alone. No help from America needed though we’re more than happy to oblige.

FWIW: The USSR collapsed due to a combination of economic stagnation, political reforms, rising nationalism and COSTLY MILITARY COMMITMENTS.

To paraphrase.  the domestic population wanted dish washers and food and those in command were bankrupting the country thu defense spending.

They (Politburo(s)) just kept driving up the debt.

China is light-years ahead in EV development - fer fk's sake their technology  is flooding the West.

China is either making it, developing it or selling it.

Trump has turned the EV industry upside down in the US. ............... ditto science.......... higher learning........... medical research , soft international support  (USAID).

Guess who's taking up the slack?

The effective shutdown of the US Agency for International Development has already created openings for China to fill in developing countries. The aid was not so much for humanitarian reasons - it was for political leverage,  hegemon(e)y......... by extension defense, commerce.

USAID amount to less than 1 percent of GDP.

Tourism from Canada has had the sharpest decline — Canadian visits in May decreased by 38% by car and 24% by air compared to the same month in 2024, according to the U.S. National Travel and Tourism Office (NTTO). Travel from Western Europe is also declining, falling nearly 5% in 2025.

“While other nations are rolling out the welcome mat, the U.S. government is putting up the ‘closed’ sign,” said Julia Simpson, president and CEO of WTTC.

And the price tag is staggering. In total, this decrease in tourism could cost the United States an estimated $29 billion, and experts warn that number could grow if policies don’t change.

US tourism is collapsing in 2025, and it’s turning into one of the most immediate economic consequences of Donald Trump’s return to the White House.

Airlines are slashing routes. Hotel chains are missing revenue targets. International bookings have evaporated.

The world’s largest consumer economy is watching billions in foreign tourist dollars disappear almost overnight.
