If she had waited a few seconds more, he would not have been in front of her car at all. But yeah, sure, let's go with your brain-dead idea, that he somehow perfectly knew the exact moment she would try to accelerate away so that he could be in the perfect spot to both be barely hit by her car and not seriously injured with enough of an excuse to shoot her. Yeah, that makes perfect sense! What policy did he violate? I swear, you just make crap up and spew it out. No regard for the truth at all. Quote
