1. Irrelevant. Also, minutes before, she had her vehicle parked much farther out in the middle of the road. That is obstruction. It is illegal. This is the game "protestors" play where they obstruct, then run, then obstruct, then run... to delay ICE from enforcing the law.

2. So what? It is not lawful to "protest" by blocking the road, interfering and obstructing Federal LEO from doing their job, and then fleeing and evading arrest.

3. There is nothing funny with accelerating a vehicle towards someone. That is deadly force.

4. She was killed because she obstructed, resisted, ran from arrest, and in doing so threatened deadly force against an Officer.

It is on video that he was in fact hit.

You are conflating the innocent-until-proven-guilty standard in a court with an online discussion, where we can both see what happened and make statements of fact about it.

SOP is to conduct an investigation.

The absence is deafening.

The obstruction by the federal authorities is deafening.

If it is sooooooooo clear, conduct an open investigation IAW, SOP

Ya think  'they' are afraid of what might be revealed - many camera angles?

For political gain alone, conduct an investigation.

NO?

Why?

What SOP?

What kind of investigation?

Not every police use of force is criminally investigated. Most are not... because they were not criminal actions nor any reasonable evidence to proceed on.

When we have it on video that someone was obstructing, resisting, evading, and driving a vehicle right into and at an Officer...

If there is a shooting it is investigated.

Police officers are required to undergo a thorough investigation after being involved in a shooting incident, which includes both criminal and administrative inquiries.

Use of deadly force by a cop  is just too political ........... it raises concerns with those they are tasked in protecting?

Yeah... which is why I asked what kind of investigation you were wanting.

This shooting was "investigated."

What you want is a criminal investigation to drag this guy through the mud and to see him on trial.

The facts do not support that.

so...................... have an investigation?

There will be an investigation ........... post midterms.

Any shooters would be advised to 'go far' and 'stay long'

Granted, an investigation could lead to criminal charges ............. that's the point  of the investigation, to clear the shooter............ but far more importantly, the institution.

People (many) believe the shooter in this case and others were vigilantes - perception becomes reality without  the investigation.

it's akin to a political hack porking a subordinate - he's IS OUT!

U want folks to  have faith in the institution .................. even when ur pi$$'n on them.

Define what investigation you want.

If you have to wait until after the midterms, all you want is to engage in political lawfare.

Once again, you can't argue the facts, all you can do is play these stupid games about perception.

What kind of investigation? ??

Imagine that, the 'people' want an investigation and Congress obliges ........ likely beginning with a DHS subpoena.

re: 'if you want to engage..................."

The people say, 'better late than never'.

An investigation is procedural protocol

There was a use of deadly force by a police enforcement officer, several shots fired into a young mother, she was killed.

Again,  the investigation is to protect the institution ....... hopefully prevent society calling them a bunch of low-life, low paid, poorly trained vigilantes.

Course Stephen Millers inane comments  re: 'being above the law', hinders any degree of faith the institution might have.

So... once again:

What kind of investigation do you want?

As I said before, what you are describing here, but just don't have the balls to say it outright, is that you think the guy was wrong and should be criminally prosecuted for it.

The facts do not support you. So you hide behind perception or what you think the public wants.

Once again - standard SOP - the investigation could clear him ................ or it could lead to criminal charges - that is the POINT of the investigation.

The protocol supports me ............. what supports you ............. your opinion of selective video?

Clear him - from what?

Just a moment ago you were on here pushing that Goode was innocent until proven guilty and now you are presuming this officer is guilty and must be cleared.

What protocol?

You keep making these kinds of assertions in multiple threads and run whenever I ask you to back them up.

I have watched all the videos. I have given you the facts. You can't engage in a fact-based discussion because you lose.

Not really. ICE operations go mostly unnoticed and routine all day long all over the country.

It's when you clowns show up and break the law, forcing them to use force, which is exactly what you are hoping for. You are sick people, encouraging others to go out and sacrifice themselves with their stupidity, all for the cause.

Neither Pretti nor Good broke the law. You just believe DHS LIES instead of examining the VIDEO EVIDENCE.

You are the most worthless pathological liar on this forum. A lazy spamming troll.

Good was obstructing ICE operations by blocking the road with her vehicle -> Against the law

Good then refused lawful orders to stop and get out of the vehicle -> Against the law

Good then accelerated her vehcile towards and into an Officer -> Against the law

You are and continue to be full of shit and now you will run like the coward you are.

1. ICE could have easily gone around Goode. 2 she was protesting. 3 That's laughable. 4 She was killed for no reason, no one was struck by a car.  5 that's right.

The only reason was Ross's purposefully placing HIMSELF where he wasn't supposed to be by dept POLICY, so he could ACT like he was hit by  the vehicle.

You can tell by the arrogant way he strode back to his buddies after MURDERING GOODE.

You are a cowardly little pathetic liar.

Ross was walking around the vehicle to help effect the arrest and back up his partner. The fact that he was walking around is why he was not more directly in front of the vehicle as she tried to speed away.

There was no murder.

No, I stated the facts.

You never gave me anything on protocol. I asked you over and over again to explain what you wanted or what you were citing.

Yeah, you have fun jerking people around with your BS.

u gave ur opinion based on observing a camera  angle.

The cops kill someone with their bang-bangs there is an INVESTIGATION.

It is the proper PROCEDURE.

99.9 times out of a hundred the cop is cleared?

So why not an investigation now?

Why are the feds obstructing evidence?

holy fk - we haven't even begun debating the Pridi killing.

Ya think an  investigation is req'd in  that case?

Or are u gonna rely on vids?

The necessity of an investigation is to protect the public from their own protectors .............. less they become vigilantes?

................ (rolling on floor LMAO)

But having fun.

Where do you get that there was no investigation?

There is no such thing. The local authorities want to railroad this guy; they have no right to anything from the federal government to do so.
