They are enriching uranium in levels that would indicate they aren't just using it as a form of energy but rather to make weapons. That and they continue to engage in terrorism warfare in the region which has led to most of the countries in the region seeing them as a nuisance. This includes tactics which target Americans in the area. And they also attempted to assassinate Trump who at the time was a former president and running again for office.
