rogue state Posted June 6, 2006 Author Report Posted June 6, 2006 insolent, loud speaking, furious, and idiot-looking, they are. sound like testosterone poisoning to me. the wide territories you're speaking are private property, doesn't belong to canada. Quote
killjoy Posted June 7, 2006 Report Posted June 7, 2006 insolent, loud speaking, furious, and idiot-looking, they are. You're describing yourself. You seem to think Canada is 'anglosaxon'. Hasn't been that way for a very long time. In fact people from all over the world come here, willingly to live here and you call them 'slaves'. Since when do slaves gladly put themselves into slavehood? Since when do they clammer to get on a waiting list to become 'slaves'. They come here to work and enjoy a better life than from where they came. Most are from the very nations you claim don't need 'slaves'. If things were so great there why is it that wild horses won't stop them from coming here? Everyone has tried very hard to take you seriously and discuss with you on a basis of respect. You spit back at them. You are the disillusioned one, the ignorant one, the insolent one and you are the only one looking like an idiot. I'm sorry, but no one cares if the truley stupid like yourself hate them :-) . Quote
rogue state Posted June 7, 2006 Author Report Posted June 7, 2006 i'm speaking about anglosaxons, not canada. i'm exactly opposite, soft spoken and calm. what looks to you like a outrage or hate, it is actually a cold headed analysis of anglosaxon idiots. Quote
August1991 Posted June 7, 2006 Report Posted June 7, 2006 http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/5046170.stm'Slaves auctioned' by traffickers " "In a separate report, the Sunday Telegraph said children from China, Vietnam and Malaysia had been found working in sweatshops, restaurants, and cannabis factories in Britain. African children, it said, were often put to work in domestic service, putting in long hours for minimal reward, if any. And children from eastern Europe were said to be used to beg and steal. " why don't you hear about germany or france? always england.it's a shame for europe. their love for money it's horrible. Unless I am mistaken, all of the people described in the article voluntarily chose to go to the UK. There is no evidence anywhere that Anglo-Saxons kidnapped the people abroad and then brought them to Britain. Indeed, it is not clear at all if Anglo-Saxons are involved in this in any way.Furthermore, their treatment in the UK is completely contrary to British law. The article describes illegal activities that the British authorities are trying to stop. Finally, the British media is free to discuss this situation openly and bring it to public (your) attention. In many other countries of the world, you don't hear about such situations either because the State condones them or the media is not free to discuss them. Incidentally, such articles also appear in the German and French press. Can you read German and French? Mahmoud, you are entitled to your opinion but it's better if your opinion is the result of critical thinking rather than simple prejudice. Quote
Charles Anthony Posted June 7, 2006 Report Posted June 7, 2006 what looks to you like a outrage or hate, -- is starting to sound more and more like it is inspired by an anonymous audio-tape transcript of a hate-filled speech submitted to Al-Jazeera for broadcast. Rue Posted June 8, 2006 Report Posted June 8, 2006 The moment this post started with the phrase "Anglo-Saxon" it was a dead give away. I don't know what it is that makes some people think they can legitamize hate mongering and racism by pretending its a question for discussion. By the way I have met Canadians, Americans, British, French of Anglo-Saxon ancestry and they were all non slave owners. They looked suspicious to me though. Some of them drank too much beer, and were not circumsized either but you know these things happen. Quote
Toro Posted June 24, 2006 Report Posted June 24, 2006 This thread cannot be serious. why doesn't germany, france, sweden, japan complain about lack of workers? Because unemployment is 10%. there are different economic laws there? The demonstrators in streets of Paris certainly thought so. Quote "Canada is a country, not a sector. Kindred Posted June 25, 2006 Report Posted June 25, 2006 Skimmed through this thread and I think someone is yanking your chain with a made up name that sounds Middle Eastern - My thoughts are that an international student would be better educated than to post this kind of message. IMO this is someone pretending to be Middle Eastern to get some race action going here. Quote
Kindred Posted June 25, 2006 Report Posted June 25, 2006 Also for the sake of discussion, slavery is not limited to Anglo Saxons and in fact the earliest records of slavery come from the Middle East. Egyptians had slaves. If the ME is indeed the cradle of civilization and the bible is considered to be a historical document, then we know they have a long history of slavery. There were more slaves in Rome than free citizens. Every country in the world had slaves. Most were captured enemies. Other countries of course were occupied and the people became slaves to the occupation. US is not the only country to import slaves from Africa, Brazil, Spain, France, The French West Indies, The British West Indies, British North America, Europe, the Dutch West Indies, and Australia imported slaves. The slave system was abolished in favour of the indentured servant system instead. The Portuguese and Islamic countries are the main players who trafficked in slaves. One can say Canada had slavery as our natives who captured enemies and used them as slaves. I would challenge anyone to name a country who hasnt had slaves. I have never personally owned a slave however there are a lot of days when I kind of wish I did ... I have been a slave, though most of you know this situation better when its refered to as "motherhood" or "marriage". I have filled out the occupation field on my rax returns as "slave" and a person I know who works for Revenue Canada said they actually get returns from about 1000 "slaves" every year. Almost all married females. Quote
