Virginia Beach School Board approves policy language changes tied to DEI rollout

The vote was held following a series of contentious meetings over the past two months. On April 8, the board approved a resolution to end DEI within the school division, citing concerns that such policies and programs could violate a Trump administration executive order that threatened federal funding for DEI-related initiatives. 

You bet your ass, and thank you, Virginia Beach, for not defacing buildings or setting automobiles on fire.
