This report confirms my conclusions that the Trudeau Govt was a willing participant in China obtaining lethal viruses it was not permitted elsewhere. The Nexus Between Science And National Security In Canada: The Case Of The National Microbiology Laboratory In Winnipeg When you are responsible for the very basics of security and control, yet continually and consistently fail, at almost all levels and components, for multiple consecutive years, you are not incompetent You are complicit. When CSIS found that the Chinese Military has been provided access to the Winnipeg Lvl4 Biolab, the Trudeau Govt didn't shut down the lab, its people, or call the RCMP. Instead, the Trudeau Govt allowed the agents for China to continue to ship lethal viruses to Wuhan, China. For three years the Trudeau Govt refused to provide Parliament and the RCMP the evidence about what was happening at the CDN Biosecurity Lab The Liberal Govt even went to so far as to sue Parliament in an effort to block the demand for the evidence of what happened in Winnipeg. Then the Trudeau Govt called a snap election during the Worldwide Covid pandemic, without any legislative necessity, simply to delay the WPG investigation and provide cover for China. As a Thank You, China interfered and provided the Trudeau Govt assistance during the election. The Liberal Govt three year delay provided time for the Chinese agents to escape Canada and avoid further questioning, preventing the RCMP from conducting a full investigation. The Liberal Govt didn't instruct the CBSA to seize their passports or prevent them from leaving Canada. A lot of this has already leaked out. Everyone knew they were shady but nobody spoke up. They were never arrested, they fled to China and now their whereabouts are unknown. Liberals fought tooth and nail to keep the failures on all levels a secret. At the time, Wuhan was not allowed to obtain the Nipah Henipah virus that was secretly sent from Winnipeg. The very first samples of SARS CoV2 in Wuhan in the 'wild' showed the engineered genetic sequencing of the WPG viruses. "Our analysis shows that NiV genes are encapsulated in synthetic vectors, which we infer was for assembly of a NiV infectious clone." Translation - it was assembled in a lab. Canada assisted China to obtain the viruses Wuhan used in gain of function research, which eventually leaked out or was intentionally released. Americans agreed: Specifics on how the viruses were shipped from Canada to Wuhan, and genetic evidence appearing to connect SARS CoV2 to the CDN Bio lab. A Parliament Committee has +/- confirmed. Trump said he was going to release details about the Wuhan Lab. So, maybe they're trying to get ahead of that? Lab problem 2019 with terminations of the two scientists in Jan 2021. Can Sino contract signed in May 2020 and failed in August 2020 when China (?) refused to ship vaccine to Canada. Weird that he died the day the RCMP escorted Dr. Qiu and Mr. Cheng out of the Winnipeg facility. None of this matters, for a couple reasons, Canadians don't care...and nobody is going to be held responsible..at least not politically...
