I'm not sure what he was outraged about. Joe Biden knows as well as anyone what it feels like to drone strike a bunch of kids and then spend a couple days pretending that it was a successful strike against terrorists. 

These weren't even kids, they were adults who were aware that they were in a war zone, doing a risky job. 

Biden's outrage is misplaced, he should actually be quite understanding about it.

Biden didn't launch ANY drone strikes. The top general in charge of the Afghanistan withdrawal has taken full responsibility for that mistake.
