No dude seriously The United states government has signed over 70% of it's no inhabited land as collateral through various acts and treaties with nations.

Official documents exist which detail plans for one world government under the U.N. not the U.S.

Do you not see the centralization of power it is absolutly frightning.

I see two factions fighting for control of the centralized power. US Democrats favor a OWG under the UN, but Republicans favor a OWG under the US. From the few articles I have read the fight is far from over and we'll likely not see who wins the battle.

But as long as the Republicans keep wasting their resources on the likes of Iraq they're likely to be on the losing end.

but all the money for both sides is coming from one place. Like you have a choice.

I am sure the trillionaires and elites of the world would let the republicans rule yeah right.

How do you fight back against trillions of dollars? The short answer is that you don't. Unless we're all ready to fight WWIII, there's nothing we can do.

I don't think the ultra-rich care who runs the machine so long as they get theirs. And whomever promises and gives them the most I suspect would get that designation.

I always thought this was just another zany conspiracy theory, but if there are "official" documents, it must be true. :P

Now that we know that official documents exist, The New World Order is finally exposed on mapleleafweb. For more detailed plans for one world government, click on the New World Order or the Bavarian Illuminati at the following site:

More useful information can be found in the book by William Bramley, the Gods of Eden. Bramley exposes the group of scheming billionaires who are planning one world government for what they really are: atheistic extraterrestrials.

I'm not sure if I believe that either.

After all, virtually every Democrat in Congress voted for the thing.

Word. That's why I loathe he average American "liberal" almost more than I despise the Republicans. the G.O.P and their base may be fascists in waiting, but with them, at least you know where you stand. "Liberals" in the States like to prattle on about "illegal war " this and "civilian casualties" that, but at the end of the day, they can't help but get a raging hard-on at the thought of America exercising its power at the expense of the "other" (for example, if the President is a Democrat who's illegally bombing Serbians or Iraqis). American exceptionalism and its right to do whatever the hell it pleases is a truism for many on both sides of the political debate: the only disagreement is the context.

American liberals take extremely hypocritical positions on a lot of issues while the GOP slides by in the polls...

Yeah I really can't disagree with that...

I hate to break up a good circle-jerk, but really, when whoppers like the old "Al Gore claims he invented the internet" continue to circulate, one must do something.

FYI: that claim is false.

Despite the derisive references that continue even today, Al Gore did not claim he "invented" the Internet, nor did he say anything that could reasonably be interpreted that way. The "Al Gore said he 'invented' the Internet" put-downs were misleading, out-of-context distortions of something he said during an interview with Wolf Blitzer on CNN's "Late Edition" program on 9 March 1999. When asked to describe what distinguished him from his challenger for the Democratic presidential nomination, Senator Bill Bradley of New Jersey, Gore replied (in part):
During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet. I took the initiative in moving forward a whole range of initiatives that have proven to be important to our country's economic growth and environmental protection, improvements in our educational system.

Clearly, although Gore's phrasing was clumsy (and perhaps self-serving), he was not claiming that he "invented" the Internet (in the sense of having designed or implemented it), but that he was responsible, in an economic and legislative sense, for fostering the development the technology that we now know as the Internet. To claim that Gore was seriously trying to take credit for the "invention" of the Internet is, frankly, just silly political posturing that arose out of a close presidential campaign.

I hate to burst the bubble of that little cocoon you live in, but you are arguing semantics. Although Gore did not use the phrase "invent", he did say, on CNN to Wolf Blitzer--Transcript:

During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet.

It bears repeating.

As the Snopesters say:
If President Eisenhower had said in the mid-1960s that he, while President, "created" the Interstate Highway System, we would not have seen dozens and dozens of editorials lampooning him for claiming he "invented" the concept of highways or implying that he personally went out and dug ditches across the country to help build the roadway. Everyone would have understood that Ike meant he was a driving force behind the legislation that created the highway system, and this was the very same concept Al Gore was expressing about himself with his Internet statement.

BubberMiley:

Yes, they might have reacted to the "Bin ladin determined to attack U.S." memo...

Bin Laden never attacked the US. Bush (along with those Evil Zionists) really attacked the US. There is no Islamic terrorism. None! Just like there were communists. None whatsoever!

and avoided two wars,

If only Bush had offered the Jihadists a boquet of daisies (organic daisies of course), held hands with the terrorists and sang Kumbaya....the US people would have been perfectly safe.

maintained the record surplus,

By gutting the military and intelligence services and instituting record increases in taxation.

acted towards improving the environment,

Seems that the USA's record on the enviroment is nearly twice as good as ours. But so what? We did sign Kyoto and that's all that matters; ergo, we are morally superior.

not shredded their constitution,

How about some examples instead of the typical emotional child-like hysteria? I don't recall Bush attacking that compound in Waco, nor do I recall Bush sending in armed lawmen to take a Cuban boy out of the hands of his relatives and sending the little boy back to the brutal Castro regime.

and had competent people in important positions

Can I list the numbers of criminals convictions in the Clinton presidency versus the Bush presidency? Can I, pretty please?

rather than cronies so they could manage a crisis like Katrina.

Posse Comitatus Act. Read up on what this Act says instead of regurgitating pablum from the NY Times. But I suspect that if Vancouver had a disaster, you would claim that the Mayor and Premier would not know what is best to handle the situation, instead a bureaucrat from Ottawa would know better.

What planet are you on? Haven't you noticed the downfall of the U.S. has already happened?

What are you smoking? The US economy is roaring, their unemployment rate is 4.9%, much better than under the Clinton years, GDP growth is fantastic--again much better than the Clinton years, and the US has liberated over 50 million Muslims from brutal tyranny. What did you think of those 2 recent polls by ABC and the BBC? :P

It bears reapeating:

During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet.

How in the hell can you take the initiative in creating something that was already created and being used by the time he was elected to Congress?

Or what about his claim that he and Tipper were the inspiration for the Love Story movie?

Or his claim--at a speech hosted by Moveon.org (of Bush=Hitler infamy) about Bush's digital brownshirts? Damn those rightwing bloggers for daring to question the lies of the leftwing MSM!

Or how about when he said about Bush, "A zebra does not change its spots."

Monty, I liked your comment on the "roaring'" U.S. economy. Too bad you didn't take into account this:

http://www.brillig.com/debt_clock/

Let's add this to the list.

http://abcnews.go.com/Business/story?id=1548547&ad=true

I know. He's all wrong on spending and immigration.

He's spending liberally in the middle east and also in the homeland, but cutting taxes at the same time with no plan to pay for it all. He thinks running a country is like producing a Mastercard commercial.

At least Mulroney founded the GST and opened Canada to a larger world market by signing NAFTA. He spent, but he had some kind of plan to pay.

When Chretien and Martin got impatient with the speed of the plan they simply pilfered extra cash from the provinces and added 1.5 cents to the price of a litre in the form of an excise tax. Now, we're paying for the lack of a systemic federal solution at the provincial levels because they're running up the debt that the federal government used to.

People knock Harris for running a deficit. Well, when 40% of your health and infrastructure transfers disappear out of thin air its real hard not to. Martin takes credit for running surpluses that they can never guestimate within a billion or two dollars, when all he's done is pass his budget problems down to lower levels of government. It's no wonder why we're facing all kinds of new user fees, health taxes, and yearly raises on property taxes in the range of 4-10% across the country.

Make fun of Bush and criticize Harper's plan all you want. Taking from peter to pay paul is no more responsible. Martin's fiscal record is akin to paying your Mastercard bill with your wife's Visa.

I think that the First Lady is attractive for a mature woman--certainly more attrractive than the Hildebeest.

Btw, we also have bikini supermodels on our side. B)

Not to mention Rona Ambrose and Helena Guergis. And have you seen some of those ladies from the Canadian Taxpayer's Federation? :)
