You're clearly a liar. Anyone with even the slightest bit of knowledge or experience would realize the faults in what you're saying. There is zero impact in the slightest to the banks. Just as there is no tax advantage to getting lower interest rates despite what you claimed ANd just like trump wont' be going to jail for 'civil fraud'. You have been so consistently and demonstrably wrong about this entire case from the get go that i honestly don't know how you can live with yourself or expect anyone else to think of you as anything other than an utter uninformed uneducated buffoon. No victim, least of all any insurance company. I'm getting sick of correcting you every other post - try reading a book before posting again. No. That is not a requirement. And there's a reason for that - but this really stretches the boundaries of the intent of that law. Bringing it forward at this time and in the way they did makes it very plain that it's a twisting of the law for political reasons. Something can be lawful and still immoral, and this case is an example. The ONLY reason for it was to hurt trump's political aspirations. Then I won't gave to correct you, A Canadian, on your flawless misinterpretation of criminal law in its myriad forms here in America . Mr. Trumps entire empire is being dismantled financially even as you prove what is at the bottom.of every boot step in a melting snowbank in a parking lot is less mired in untruths and fractured dissemation of the facts than your untrue collection of false reports gleaned from equally fractious sources whose origin begins some doddering fantasy writers mind. Because i'm correct And you're still very clearly full of it Sorry kiddo - you've been exposed. And there is zero increase in costs to any insurance company from trump's actions. Zero, And you're very clearly a liar. It's your bad luck that you tried to con someone who actually does know a thing or two This was a 100 percent victimless crime. And the prosecution didn't pretend otherwise. 1 Quote There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data

The magic pixies are working with the republicans to steal princess fairy's magic coins. But who's the mastermind behind it all? The dem-lins? Nooo they've been allies with the faries for years.... LOL - well at least that was amusing No money was stolen, no 'financial control' was exercised, nothing got laundered, no insurance companies were injured. A guy went to a bank and said I'm worht a lot of loot- can i borrow some money for this deal i want to do, they said sure, he did the deal and paid them back. If they cared about his exact valuation they'd have sent someone to check what his place is worth. Very simple. The prosecutor is twisting the intent of a law entirely out of shape to inappropriately attack someone for political reasons, and that's not a good thing.
