Argus Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 It seems the editing options have changed without an announcement. Is there to be an explanation of the specific changes and how to use them? One change I really don't like so far si the "guided mode" buttons right at the bottom of the editing screens. It's very easy to hit this by reflex as it's in the position of the old "post" and preview buttons, which have been moved down. The text formatting buttons, on the other hand, seem simpler. Are we allowed to add pictures into posts, though? I thought that there was a concern over bandwith, cited several times in refusing avatars. August1991 Posted January 7, 2006 Report Posted January 7, 2006 I turned Guided Mode off (and it seems to stay off). As to the new format, I'll leave the jury to deliberate for a few more weeks days. In the mean time, I'll test a few features. Try this And this Quote
shoop Posted January 8, 2006 Report Posted January 8, 2006 It would be really nice if changing font size and colours could be disabled. Some of the posts WITH BIG LETTERS AND WILD COLOURS ARE REALLY ANNOYING TO READ Quote
